InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - KSU/Kennesaw

Because the room was dirty when I left. What was it supposed to be?

My car was delivered to my hotel. Our 9 day booking was going great until I came home from work to find my vehicle gone. Eventually, after 2 days, Law Enforcement informed me my new car had been towed.

It’s was the wirst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was rude. Incompetent and all around ghetto even the manager. They called the police to me because I was trying to pay the room and they lied and said they did not take gift cards and they did. The lady was arguing with other guests instead of helping me figure out why my card didn’t work. It was horrible. Went Down the street to another extended stay. Stayed 4 days. Paid with the same card and never had a problem. The entire management needs to be replaced. Horrible experience Nothing.

Quiet. My favorite. No complaints at all. Nicole is a fabulous cutie, she checked me in ,was outside the office with a cart waiting on me and said my name when I stepped out of the Uber arriving there. I thought that was so sweet of her. The establishment is kept very cleanly... 5 Stars so far, i have been here 3 weeks. This is an excellent extended stay suite. No complaints at all, only compliments.☆☆☆☆☆

The establishment is clean and i like Nicole and the freindly staff.its low key easy going. No complaints ,only compliments, so far so so good.

Disappointing

A lot a cucarachas and AC was broken

They are so nice to everyone

It was nice.

The manage Nicole Fennell has been nothing but the best. Accommodation 5 stars. Care 5 stars. Professionalism 5 stars. Yall might think this is scripted but its nothing but the truth. She is solid.

It was for a homeless kid. We chose to help this way instead of money. But we could only do 1 week and it was greatly appreciated by him. Sadly he is back out in the encampment
