InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - KSU/Kennesaw

Quiet. My favorite. No complaints at all. Nicole is a fabulous cutie, she checked me in ,was outside the office with a cart waiting on me and said my name when I stepped out of the Uber arriving there. I thought that was so sweet of her. The establishment is kept very cleanly... 5 Stars so far, i have been here 3 weeks. This is an excellent extended stay suite. No complaints at all, only compliments.☆☆☆☆☆

The establishment is clean and i like Nicole and the freindly staff.its low key easy going. No complaints ,only compliments, so far so so good.

The manage Nicole Fennell has been nothing but the best. Accommodation 5 stars. Care 5 stars. Professionalism 5 stars. Yall might think this is scripted but its nothing but the truth. She is solid.

It was for a homeless kid. We chose to help this way instead of money. But we could only do 1 week and it was greatly appreciated by him. Sadly he is back out in the encampment

Everything Nothing

The worst part about this hotel was all the rooms face the freeway which had endless traffic all night long and even with earplugs it was very difficult to sleep. Also the guests were constantly smoking pot!!

The room was infested with roaches when I returned late in the evening on the first night. I checked out early and was denied any refund. The manager acknowledged the roach problem in writing.

Staff is great

Great neighborhood and parking . Receptionist was great

I didn't really like it the manager was rude I didn't like how my stay was at all it was so unorganized and messy

They didn’t pay back $50 deposit

Everything was a patch it job on maintenance...e.g. shower worked having 2 different knows to control temp and flow. Stairs had non slip straps which were coming loose and posed a tripping hazard. The elevator was so slow I could walk up and down again to my 2nd story room and the El w would still not be down.

Management was friendly, but couldn't get me a ground floor see below. Elevator never worked. I have a badly degraded knee and going up and down stairs is painful potentially a fall. Stairs had taped sand paper for traction but it was loose or missing on a number of steps creating a potential fall hazard. For 20 more I could of stayed at a better property.

Monthly rate could have ben a little cheaper.

Close to interstate Lot cigarettes smoke smell, Marijuana usage, 3rd floor elevator call button didn't work, alot of water pipe repairs, water was turn off 4 out of 7 days between 10 and 3. Only 1 cleaning person. Over priced for what you get.

Its is clean and quiet. And the staff is friendly and great.

Very clean , hardwood floors are nice. Kitchen was pretty. Storage was nice.
