Comfort Suites At Kennesaw State University

Staff was nice, room was great other than some trash on the floor. For the price i’d definitely recommend!

Room was great

The only good thing about this hotel was the super helpful staff members. But everything else was nasty and unclean. The rooms are in terrible condition, and the wifi only gives you 7 Mbps download and upload speeds. Would not stay again. Old dust in the shower, dead old bugs in the bathroom. Cleanliness was a 0; very low on the cleaning score.

Room smelled like mold, towels and tub were dingy. Ac unit was loud asf when it came on. You could smell the chlorine from the pool once you get off the elevator and the bottom of the pool was dirty. Breakfast was only a few items and ended at 9:30am. Parking is very limited

Breakfast was good but room smelled like mold/mildew. Front desk advised no other room available. Whole bottoms flow had multiple dehumidifiers in the hallway. Room had water damage as well. Disappointing for this brand.

First off, the property is in a nice, quiet location off the interstate and just down from a few restaurants, which is nice. When I entered the hotel to check in, there was no one around. I waited patiently for several minutes while the phone continued to ring with at least two missed calls no getting attention. After about 5-6 minutes, a gentleman can to the desk and I received our two room keys. We were not able to have adjoining rooms as requested due to baseball teams receiving many rooms together. When we checked the first room out for my mother in law, it was a very nice ground floor room. I felt confident about my stay. However, when going to the “first” floor (the basement level), the hallway was running dehumidifiers and the place smelled very musky. Again, I tried to feel confident about the what our room would look like. When we entered…same smell. The beds were nice and TV had nice selection of channels. That’s about all the good I have to say. The bathroom needed major work in the shower, toilet, walls, and ceiling. Some major TLC is needed in that room and some updating as a whole for the entire room. I would not recommend the first floor rooms at all. I was disappointed and likely will steer clear from Comfort Suites in the future.

Rude and unprofessional staff!

There was no air conditioning in the hallways on the 4th floor where my room was. The air conditioner in my room did not work. The bed look like it had had sumo wrestler sleeping in it for years it was so concave. When I reported the problem to the air conditioner the 20 something year old at the desk started trying to explain life to me and I'm 61 and had had a long day so I really wasn't in the mood to have him belligerently berate me because their air conditioner wasn't working and I wasn't happy about it. They ran out of breakfast items well before the 9:30 cutoff and refused to make more. Hotel looks like it was nice once upon a Time but has seen better days. Wouldn't book there again.

Very convenient place; rooms were clean, but old . Bathroom lighting was dim, making it a little hard to apply makeup, closet had a non functioning door, room was dark and feel. But bed was comfortable and the place was quiet. Close to restaurants and highway

The room had a smell and the air conditioner leaked TV did not work right had to keep getting up to change the input on it and the practice was disgusting. Will not stay at another comfort Inn was very disappointed.

First there were portable air conditioners in the hallways and it was still hot. The sheets on one of the beds had stains and the comforter as well. We took sheets from a closet that the doors would not shut . I was told by the front desk "Those sheets were for a roll a way bed not one of the beds.". Half of the towels were also stained and very discolored.

Parking was unsafe, parking lot was barely lit and was sketchy. Hotel was not the cleanest and definitely needs remodeling. The bed was comfy though.

Thw whole hotel smelled like a wett dog and the eggs was scorched

I said something to the front desk and they didn’t seem too concerned. We were so tired we just stayed the night in the room. We wore shoes in the room because we didn’t want to touch the floor. Probably would not stay there again.
