It was clean. Water was luke warm. Never really got hot and took a long time to get warm. They were renovating and turned water off without notification. Room had a greasy fried food smell.

Cabnit door in kitchen falling off, paint on ceilings flaking off and peeling, had to hold toilet handle down to flush toilet, shower curtain rod falling off wall, couch was broken and could not use, towels were dirty with black makeup marks on them, cups dishes and silverware were not washed. I’ve stayed there several times and was good, but it really went down hill past few years.

This is our preferred location in Kennesaw; The King Suite is just extraordinary. Laundry and other facilities are top-notch. The property is being remodeled and will be in even better shape when it's complete. Reception personnel need more training in handling guests; a smile and a few words on how to get around the property would be welcome. Breakfast is mostly complete; after remodeling, things should be all right.

The comfort

I receptionist was phenomenal when checking in. She explained everything in a manner that we were able to understand. The breakfast great, the suite was very clean and well designed except I didn’t like the location of the bathroom. Other than that wonderful stay! Thank you

The room was immaculate. The property is in the middle of a remodel so the hallways, and some of common areas were showing their wear. There are currently some off and on again amenities because of the work going on. One of our rooms did not have TV available during our stay, and we were only notified at check in. The breakfast was good, and the rooms met our needs for our overnight stay. The proximity to the Kennesaw State stadium was awesome. We were able to walk there, and not worry with traffic or parking. There is also a $6 paid parking fee that I did not see on Expedia's site.

I hosted a 13th birthday party here in the 2 bedroom suite . It was plenty of room for 11 girls and myself. (Not everyone stayed the night obviously) it was really nice and the lady at the front desk was helpful. We had the pool to ourselves . She gave us enough pool towels and regular towels for after the pool. We loved the experience!!!

The one bedroom was nice and just the right size for two adults with one sleeping on the sofa bed. However, the sofa bed needs to have a better mattress if being called a bed. The mattress is too thin - not the best comfort. The front desk staff were very pleasant. Each young lady that I encountered from 10-13 September was helpful and very professional. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

I couldn't get in my room when I checked in the key card wouldn't work so I went to the front desks four times and it front desk person had to go to my room and let me in. Every time I was outside my room I had to go to the front desk and they had to walk me to my room and let me in .

Other than that everything was cool ..I always use sonesta so that was lot different for my usual visit

It was nice, clean. Didn't like that they charge 900 for a week plus gotta pay $6.00 dollars a day to park there on top of having to pay an extra $150 or 200 and it don't say, you have to pay extra I didn't like this, they don't do cash because that's all I had

Very poor maintenance response.

The property is old and worn-out. The room was not cleaned well, there was no soap in the bathroom and the keys to the room didn't work. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The location is right in the heart of the city Omg, everything was old or didn't work. I paid 1300 for a 2br suite and the shower was leaking, one of the tvs did not work at all. I asked for someone to fox it and I was put on a wait list. I said after 2 days, by the time u fox it I will be gone. I asked for some of my money back as a courtesy and was told they could not do that. Eventually I changed rooms which was super inconvenient. When I did it didn't have a remote for 1 of the tvs. Also the fridge was old and made a loud noise. For that price I expected a lot more. I mean I just wanted what was in the room to work. Or give me my money back. That's how business works. You don't pay full price for something and get half of what you paid for.
