Worse experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Pool wasn’t functioning, grill was broken, bathroom doors were broken, tvs didn’t work. My family was put out of the hotel for complaining about issues. Very unprofessional staff. Manager very disrespectful and took his power to another level. Wouldn’t stay here again even if the room was free!

Rooms had lots of issues and most of our families left the hotel to go to another. Moldy smell and rooms not all clean.

Little dated (could use a fresh up of carpets etc) but clean and good stay.

Love this place. Disappointed the pool was not open but all else was great!

I like the suites with kitchenettes . This place now charges for parking and the pool was not available! I was very upset to find this out checking in. Nothing was listed on the site about the pool being unavailable. I’ve stayed here over the years and parking was always free . The place is run down and work ethic is poor .

I was there to attend a baseball tournament my grandson was in through fri through mon, we chose that property for price, extra separate living area& pull out sofa bed which the mattress on that was terrible, we also went for a property that had a pool&we weren't told it wasn't in service until arriving to check in & we had to sign a form before checking in of non working pool which was terrible for the grand children who looked forward to swimming , our room was comfortable, but didn't appreciate the staff nonchalant attitude of pool not being in service & it wasn't told to customers on the site before booking They should have put on site that pool wasn't gonna be working on the site& better mattress on pull out bed

Great location & helpful staff. Some parts were a little run down, but overall it was great- especially for the price.

Location Came there with a baseball team and wasn’t told until we arrived that we couldn’t use the pool. Should have been told them at booking or given a discount for not having it available.

It’s obvious this property is not well maintained. Pool closed due to parts and was told was never opened this year. Very disappointing and should have been disclosed. There were blinking light guts in hallways. My room TV was not working. Both toilets would not flush properly. The ice maker did not work. I have stayed at these properties and never experienced such poor conditions. No excuse for these maintenance issues. The pool should have been opened weeks ago. Had I known no pool, I would have not stayed here.

The only complain I have is that the AC did not work well and the room was extremely hot.

Huge clean room. Desk clerk on check in not super friendly. Pool was green

Staff was friendly Facilities and cleaning. I didn't stay, we canceled and I'm still waiting on a refund. Booking said they were not going to charge but they did. Not to happy with the experience.

Only issue was that the kitchen didn't have anything to bake on. So if youre planning on cooking if you got a room with a kitchen. Take your own cooking stuff. But other than that we love staying there!!

The hallway had a smell to it. I personally also did not like the layout that you had to go to a different building from your room to even go to breakfast or the lobby area so to speak. This is definitely one we will avoid in the future.

Pool not open at all. Largely the reason why we stayed here with our kids.
