Hotel room was fabulous! Hope to be back!

Locations excellent for our needs Parking is extra. Are you kidding? The evening open bar is excellent. As I’m a non drinker and wanted a non alcoholic beer that seemed too much to ask. Unacceptable for a high end hotel!

Had to request trash can for room. The bedding for the pull out couch had stains/dirty.

The breakfast was wonderful and all the staff were amazing. The hallway to our room had trash for both days we stayed, the couch was stained and the bedsheets for the pull out couch were very oversized and had been zipped in a bag so they were very musk. The hallway smelled of sour milk.

Everything!!! The only issue i had was ding dong ditching and little kids kicking on my door

The food was very good. The crowded, disorganized access to the buffet was awful. There was no accessibility provision for someone using a cane or crutches. Almost impossible to find a seat. You should offer room service for those who need it.the in-room coffee maker had only 1 pod for coffee on my 2nd day. Also not provided 2 fresh water glasses on 2nd day. The TV channel selection was very poor. Based on photos shown on website, I expected accessibility features in the bathroom, but there were none. The towels were lightweight and rough. The ‘communal’ soap and lotion dispensers are a very bad idea - great potential for spreading germs or even contamination. I’m surprised the health department permits them. First hotel I’ve ever stayed in that did not offer complimentary shower cap and hair dryer. See above. The value for cost was totally unsatisfactory. First time I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites in years and I was stunned by the decline in quality. Looks great on the surface, but every aspect of customer care is below expectation. I can’t believe I wasted almost $500 on such low quality.

Everything was great except the parking. They had two large events happening and that made finding needed handicap parking impossible, and we were paying for parking.

Great place and location

I had a king suite and the first stream I went to the refrigerator was completely iced over and the door wasn’t shut so water it leaked out all over the floor. I slipped and fell flat on my back and hit my head. They moved me to another room on the same floor and it was not clean. Then they moved me to a third room and it was probably 1 o’clock in the morning by this time and when I took my shoes off in that room, the carpet was wet in the living room. I notified the front desk, got the same excuse that there was no maintenance on staff. Also, the room that I ended up in was much smaller than the room that I booked. The TV kept going out as well. When I called Guest Services from the phone in the room, it kept ringing a fast busy and would only connect if you press zero. After you hang up with Guest Services about a minute later, the phone rings you back and nobody’s on the line. The last room that I was in the phone on the nightstand would not work at all . I have a video of the refrigerator the ice the way the door wouldn’t shut and all the water all over the floor and cabinet where it was ruined from the water, but it will not allow me to upload that on this site. Needless to say it was not a very good experience for a five star hotel.
