-Unable to control the AC system (very cool in the sitting area, but warmer in the bedroom). We had to use our personal fans throughout our stay. -Daily Parking charge. Then had to pay a daily service processing fee on top of the daily parking charge. No parking charge for other Embassy Suites locations.. -Dining area is much smaller than the Embassy Suites in Jacksonville, FL and Minneapolis Minnesota Airport locations.

Some renovations are needed. Doors issues were a concern! I got Maintenance to fix the entry door security lock!

I spent three nights at the hotel and they did not clean the room

The suite was great for my stay. It could have accommodated a small family too.

Staff at Front Desk great , omelette guy and assistant pretty darn awesome and cleaning staff good. Breakfast was missing good fresh fruit, not frozen.

Not terrible but not great. The drain was off in the shower and the room wasn’t the cleanest.

There were no sheets for the pull out sofa the receptionist told me to come down to the front desk to get some. Asked for extra towels and was told there were no towels. Had to pay for parking even though when we got back to the hotel from being out couldn’t find a park in the hotel parking lot so had to park across the street. Still had to pay for parking. Not enough parking spaces for guest.
