Candlewood Suites Atlanta Kennesaw by IHG

Very good

Very clean and safe. Nothing

The property was tucked in a area that is difficult to get in and out of and quite congested. But it is a good value in the hotel itself is a good place to stay. I was very pleased to stay here. The street congestion and configuration in that area. It was difficult to get in and out of. The property next-door, Hotel, looked like a mess.

The staff were so friendly and sweet to my fur baby that came along on our trip. We will definitely be staying there again!!

The rude front desk clerk.

The front desk clerk was rude while I was checking in. Plus I had to move to 3 different rooms due to hair was in each bed and the last room hair was all in the bathroom. The rude front desk clerk.

The coffee Not cleaning room daily.

Noisy, unhelpful staff, and nowhere to get coffee. Got locked in the grille area after the door slammed behind me. Had to go through back fence to get out and walk around to the front to get back in. Ridiculous.

Exceptional

The room had everything Mop the bathroom floor. There was long strands of blonde hair. Also, a hand full of hair in the cup holder in a chair. How gross.

Very awesome stay the room was clean we loved it everything was great

I haven’t received my deposit it’s been 2 weeks

Rooms were nice and the staff was friendly

The air conditioner in my room was leaking on the carpet. I did not know this when I put the luggage on the floor to add some clothes and other items. I had some very important documents in the bag and some of those got wet. I think they will be OK but I will not find out until tomorrow when I return to work. When I told the staff, they did not seem to care too much. It would have been nice if they would have shown some interest.

Yes. Upon arrival I was promptly informed by reception of lack of hot water for the "next few days". Cold shower wasn't that bad after all!

Hot water didn't work throughout the 2 nights I stayed there, and it wasn't fixed. I couldn't take a shower while there.

Parking was difficult. Had to park at another property that didn’t feel as safe/secure. Not well lit and secluded.

Awful. Hotel was dirty fridge didn’t work and kept leaking water.
