Candlewood Suites Atlanta Kennesaw by IHG

Parking was difficult. Had to park at another property that didn’t feel as safe/secure. Not well lit and secluded.

Awful. Hotel was dirty fridge didn’t work and kept leaking water.

Good

There were cockroaches in the bathroom. I called the front desk and they said they did not have any staff to take care of it so they offered me a different room. The second room was also very dirty and had some weird smell. I would highly caution guest to check out the entire room for bugs. The management of this hotel clearly doesn't care.

Spacious and great for someone who needs a mini apartment stay. The sheets didn’t seem fresh though I am sure they were

The hotel room was clean, but smelled really strong with an air freshener. Also, you cannot adjust the AC, we were hot.

it had a roof the pillow wasn’t bad the shower had good water pressure unclean tile floors and food of some type on the carpet near the beds trash piled by elevator 2nd floor refrigerator light didn’t work a/c fan would not stay running gaps under hallway and adjacent room door are large allowing for increased disruptive noise. pet walk area had potholes that could not be seen until stepped in. shower spray handle was loose in the wall mount, making it difficult to work with.

the bathtub did not drain properly.

Staff was wonderful including GM

No cell service at all in the room and the wi-fi wasn't much better. And the tv reception was not the best. The picture kept pausing and going in and out

Staff was welcoming but when I called for reservation I was told pet fee was $35. The charge for room was over $200 and I was told there was not a room with 2 queen beds. I said there was online. He said it was just booked. I hung up and booked a room with 2 queen beds for $155. When I checked in the pet fee was $75. Quite a jump from $35. I would have kept driving if I wasn’t so tired. Place to walk pet was private and fenced in. Everything was nice except the $75 pet fee. We had stayed previously at a Candlewood Hotel and pet fee was $25.

The large Shower Free parking New carpet smell 1. Hotel was located next to a partial wall we heard loud freeway and truck traffic ALL night. Ear plugs provided in room complimentary 2. one dirty towel left on back of bathroom door 3. No complimentary breakfast 4. pillows/ very flat

Very clean, all updated and modern. The rooms were very spacious, hotel was quiet

This hotel was the nicest I’ve ever stayed in.

Parking was limited but okay. Staff were excellent. Room was updated, spacious and clean. Water pressure in shower was terrible. Noise was awful from floor above and neighbor smoking weed in nearby room. Big gaps around door let noise and smells in. No breakfast. No pool.

Had 4 guest in our double Queen room. There were only 2 wash clothes and towels provided. On Sunday morning I went to get a couple more towels from the front desk so me and the wife could shower only to be told that there wouldnt be any available until after 9 a.m when laundry was washed. This was a teriible inconvience seeing as we had to cehck out by 8 a.m. Too bad a place a nice as this one had no towels or wash clothes.......

The room was more spacious than I expected. The signage for room location was a touch confusing but other than that it was a good experience.
