Easy place to stop over for a night

Clean room, really nice and helpful staff
-
The towels had stains on them.

We were greeted upon arrival. Quick check in. Room was clean and quiet. We left at 5 am to get ahead of Atlanta traffic, so No review if breakfast that was offered.

Our stay was good overall. The only issue we experienced was that we were not allowed to use the washer and dryer after 8:00 p.m. As a result, I had to leave the property and go to a laundromat to wash my son's baseball uniform for his game the next day. It would have been much more convenient if guests had access to the laundry facilities later in the evening, especially for situations like ours.

I was pleasantly surprised as I expected lesser quality. Premises and room were clean, though they need maintenance attention. Laundry room washer/dryer didn’t work properly and we had to end up finding a local laundromat late night to finish our wet laundry. When asked for help, their only recommendation was to hang clothes around bathroom and didn’t even offer to reimburse what was spent in their equipment that didn’t work. Most staff need customer service skills, respect in a hospitality field. While some spoke others didn’t even look up when you walked by front desk. Breakfast was decent but should be extended later, especially on weekends. Received zero housekeeping services throughout our 4 night stay. Bedding was clean and comfortable but we did have other friends staying and the difference in rooms/floors is wild! Example: 2nd floor had a musty smell whereas the 4th smelled clean. Same with bathroom, completely different on both floors. Overall not too shabby.

The overall stay was very nice

The hotel was very conveniently located just off I75 (but blissfully shielded from traffic noise by the tree line). A cheap and cheerful option, the room was well appointed, everything worked fine, the bed was comfy, the water pressure was great in the shower, and the room was spotlessly clean. All in all a wonderful stop over on a long road trip. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Was in the area for a Braves and the location was convenient to the stadium and affordable. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good and the room was clean and quiet. Would recommend if you’re in the area.

The shower backed up even with a 5 minute shower. We couldn’t wait to leave.

Breakfast wasn't good.
-
There was a very strong smell in the hallways and room. Made it difficult to sleep.
-
Great customer service and always clean
-
A pool would have been nice.

Everything was ok, nothing great, nothing horrible, except the beds they were amazing, a little overpriced i think but may had to do with world cup being in town that week.
-
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was your usual waffles, cereal, yogurt fruit options. Would stay again if I was passing through, but probably not for a longer stay.

Nothing It was a disaster our whole basketball team was overcharged. We were charged for a day off the rip and then charged the full fee for the weekend when we checked in plus a $50 deposit to be told that it will go away for the weekend which was already overpriced due to FIFA being in the area a couple rooms were cancelled due to not being able to charge the card before check in which we had the rates to pay at the location. One couple got charged to get to the location and were told they were overbooked and the pending charges will eventually drop off what if that was emergency money that was needed this location did not care. Everything for this weekend was falsely advertised. Even the manager was rude to our kids came out to scream at them because we're in the lobby and they were talking to others loudly she said well if they were there could have been a better way to say it without being rude.

Location was pretty close to some restaurants and other attractions. I didn’t like the $190.00 and $50.00 holds placed that is outside of the room charge. I reserved a room for three people and had towels for two. When I requested another set of towels from housekeeping, I was met with resistance. The towels don’t absorb the water on your body well. Front desk staff was rude. Staff checking out on 6/21 appeared to have on dirty clothes. I would not book again.

The location was near the campus which made travel easy No good restaurants in the area
