Good location It state pool was heated, it’s not, it’s freezing no one was in it and appeared dirty

The receptionist gave us a great service, even though it was midnight, she had a positive attitude. Very kind person.

This was a very straightforward stay. The room was clean and roomy. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly.

One bath towel for three days. Yuk! Covid is done. Why not clean daily like the "old days". Price is good, but stay is not. Find a different hotel.

This facility was as expected. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast in the morning was adequate. The staff at check in were efficient. Our stay was pleasant.

Room was neat and clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff also did a very good job. Met the basic needs for most travels. But it just wasn’t anything special. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to stay.

Decent place to stay if you are passing through, Close to lots of stores.

The pool smelt so strong of chlorine to the point my eyes and nose were burning. We ended up leaving after my son jumped in once. His swim trunks made our room smell like chlorine as well. The wifi didn’t work even after I set up an account like the staff said. I liked the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms but I will not be staying there again unfortunately.

It’s tucked away hiding behind other buildings, if you don’t know where to go you’ll miss it. I asked for a room close to the entrance and they gave me a room at the farthest corner opposite of the elevator and entrance. Not a good thing when I was clear that I had mobility issues. Had I not already booked my return stay, I would have gone somewhere else

It was for one night only and we were so ready to leave. Almost everything was off--unclean room that needs repairs such as a lamp falling off the wall. Lingering smell in the room and hallways. The breakfast was a disappointment compared to other Comfort Inns. The coffee was old.
