Victoria the gal who checked us in went above and beyond. Friendly, knowledgeable all around great. We arrived before check in time on a very hot day . My husband needs temperature sensitive medicine and we were on the motorcycle. She personally went to confirm our room was ready. Thank you

It was an enjoyable stay

Our stay here was great, clean room, bathroom and breakfast was just right for us travelers. Special mention to Kayla, the front desk staff when we checked in and also Victoria the next morning. They both did great service, Thanks so much for being so helpful and kind.

Victoria was very helpful, and never seemed to go home.

Room was clean, beds weren’t as comfortable as some. Staff was nice.

Staff is very helpful and nice. Room and hotel clean. Would have given a 5-star rating across the board, but my husband and I did not sleep well in Rm 131 because both queen beds were the lumpiest mattresses we’ve ever slept on.

Everyone was great! Victoria was amazing. She interacts with everyone and makes sure they are taken care of. She always has a smile for everyone!

Breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The air conditioning worked like a dream. Parking was easy. The location was excellent. The pool was small. It was not well maintained. The hot tub was closed. It looked like an unsafe area for children. There was a sign for an ATM, but there was no ATM. The tub creaked like it was going to fall thru the floor.

Breakfast was ok. Room and property were clean, staff defiputs in an effort to keep it clean. However, there were some drugged out people nodding in the parking lot more than once in our 6 days there. Found drug baggies with white residue twice on our way to the car. Overall, I would not stay there again.

It’s in a convenient location We didn’t know we couldn’t book a suit with a dog, doesn’t specify that, the front desk was irritated at that, oh well. The room was not cleaned properly and there was mildew on the sheets, finger prints and dust everywhere. We won’t be coming back.

Everything else was good.

The bathroom door didn't shut unless I pulled it hard and the playpin (crib) that was offered looked like it had some dried spit up on it I just wrapped a blanket around the bottom for my baby to sleep on my baby ( 2 months old) did slept really good in it though
