My bed sheets where dirty and had little dead bugs in between the sheets

Clean, well maintained and friendly helpfulf staff.

The air conditioning was perfect and the room was very clean when we checked in

Location. We've stayed here Before and it was good this time no. Never coming back They doubled the pet fee its now 74 dollars. The free breakfast is no longer they do not do this anymore. Its advertised still. They give you one packet of regular coffee. The bed is slanted where you almost roll off and extremity uncomfortable. Very unsatisfied will never be back.

Very convenient location

Value is good for the daily rack rate in Kennewick. 2-3 Stars depending on what you tolerate for a nights sleep! Gripe: Expedia sold it with breakfast included...there's no food service as advertised!

Needs updating, smells of weed

My room was very rundown with peeling paint and bubbling walls in the bathroom, likely due to water leaks. The room was very dark. The room was very tired and rundown.

We were bummed about the free breakfast not being offered and the lack of Elevator on the property. The pool was nice and the rooms were clean, good location.

Pictures speak for themselves. We also were without hot water for 2 nights.

Tons of parking on both sides of the buildings. Was extremely dirty with trash in the parking lot. Granted it was very windy but it just seemed like more trash than there should have been. U

Nothing ir was absolutely terrible and not enjoyable There were tons of dirty things horrible costumer service and the room was disgusting after even getting an executive suite i wouldn't go back and they changed me excessively I'm so upset
