Very clean and really helpful staff

We suppose to have hot tub but that wasn't there and we didnt have a microwave in room I didn't like that we had to go down stairs to warm our food. I booked this hotel because it looked beautiful and I thought qe have all the things I needed but I didnt.

There’s no Hot Tub, as their photos show one. The pool area smells like mold. The exercise machines were broke. The “breakfast buffet” was like a cheap limited Motel 6 breakfast. Our TV didn’t work and we had to wait for the maintenance man to come to work at 9am, the next morning to fix it. Room had no microwave and was very basic with no pictures.

Great place nice staff

Tiny tv’s with not many channels. No jacuzzi only a tiny pool. Poor lighting in bathroom. Refrigerator makes the weirdest noise all the time. Bed is just ok. Good location to many things in town, but not the best place we have stayed.

The hotel was clean but completely misleading. They got rid of the hot tub but still shows on the website that they do. They haven’t had one for 3 years. The pool is under construction and no mention of it. My husband just went number one when we got to our room and they had to come plunge it because it would not flush. You had to wiggle the door and lift it up to latch. Our tv never worked in our room the whole time of our stay. To be fair this property is a more expensive version of motel 6. We will not be a returning guest.

Bad

Fairfield in Kennewick is a nice, quiet place to stay temporarily in the area! The only complaint I had was, I chose this place because of the pool and hot tub, which are not working right now due to maintenance issues.

Good location They did not let us know that the pool and spa was not working until it was too late to find other accommodations, without paying some type of fee! This place felt more like low budget motel than Fairfield.

Did not get a heads up the pool was closed till after we were checked in.

The breakfast was watered down eggs and oatmeal. They had a couple other options but not a good breakfast. The pool must be under construction there’s buckets around it and tools. The gym looks like it’s been remodeled but not completed. The “equipment” was broken and missing tv’s the tvs on the elliptical weren’t hooked up. For $360 a night these things should be fully functional and breakfast should better than something you could get at McDonald’s.

Property was not up to star rating. Overpriced, poor food, noisy, very overrated.

The staff is the only thing keeping this at 2 stars instead of 1. Whoever owns thjs hotel has clearly given up. I've stayed in the same room a couple of times over a 2 month period. The entire time, one of the tv's has never worked. My last stay included cold showers and bad internet. However, staff are super nice!

Close to what we needed Multiple dinning options close Quiet stay.

Location was good. Staff was nice and the breakfast was good. We were in a king suite with a hide away bed. Both beds were VERY uncomfortable. King bed was as hard as a rock the hide away mattress was super thin. Very uncomfortable. Shower water pressure was really bad.

The stay and room were fine; however, due to limited staffing the last two times we've stayed on New Year's Eve/Day the morning breakfast was severely lacking. This morning our choices were cold cereal, bagel/english muffin, oatmeal, and what appeared to amount to about half a cantaloupe. No other hot food other than oatmeal. No bacon/sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy, etc. I understand that businesses are short-staffed and employees deserve time off, but as a paying customer/guest expecting the hot breakfast included in the price of the room, I would think that management would step in and ensure that the guests are taken care off to keep them returning.
