Love staying there. I look forward to staying here again next year

The room was very clean and well laid out. The location is ideal for attending shows at the Toyota center. The staff was friendly and check in was simple. The ac’s unit abrupt noise of kicking on and off made it hard to stay asleep, but I’m not sure what can be done about that. It’s just something to consider for those of us who sleep lightly in unfamiliar places.

The pool and hot tub were dirty. I realize it was later in the evening but I think there could've been some cleaning done
-
The only complaint I have, which is not a huge one, is that there was hair on the floor of the shower when I got in to use it. Could be just an isolated incident. Everything else was wonderful.
-
Size of room was much larger than most morels There was a little musty smell, but very clean and the beds were comfortable
