Best Western Kennewick Tri-Cities Center

Love it!

My first room, the fridge wasn't working. I had a medication that needed to keep cold, and at first, the front desk person just told me, I could put it in the fridge in the lobby. I explained that this was a really expensive medication and I didn't want to leave it in the fridge in the lobby, and they insisted on coming up and checking. The fridge wasn't working in my room, suggested again I put it in the lobby fridge and then eventually upgraded me to a room with a fridge that worked.

Great location, awesome to have actual good coffee ready early in the mornings. Rooms and facilities were very clean. Staff was very friendly

An emergency happened at the hotel and the staff went above and beyond in helping us. Thank you, again!

Comfortable, clean, well located, and...

Clean and comfortable room in good condition. Beds were clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Everything was good! No complaints!

The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Access to the property was easy and parking was close. Staff were friendly and competent. Whilst the access to the location by car was great there were not many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The sound proofing of the rooms could have been better. The decor is a bit dated.

Good clean hotel, was noisy from other guests during the night.

to many questions

my sister and i stay here every year for 3 or 4 nights to visit our brother. Alway a good stay and the strawberry topping for the waffles is great.

A cozy hotel where we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff upon arrival.

Good 👍

Breakfast was terrible. Staff was not very helpful, if you ask a question just got the sense it was troublesome to help you. Parking was ok.
