Best Western Kennewick Tri-Cities Center

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was adequate. The front desk staff were super helpful.

Good breakfast, up to the Best Western standards. Easy check in and out. Convenient location. Staff could have been a little friendlier but they got their job done.

It would be nice if they had automatic doors that led into the lobby.

The rules changed depending on the day. We weren't even allowed to bring water into the pool area. Rooms we not clean we found garbage and dog toys under the bed.

We especially enjoyed the breakfast, although the bacon was not our choice. Very thin and seemingly reconstituted or some thing I notice a lot of the hotels are going to this kind of bacon and we hate it. But the rest of the breakfast was very good. Our room is wonderful.

The room was clean but overall the property felt a bit tired. Friendly staff.

We stayed here as the halfway point to our final destination, and I must say it was a great stay. Checkin was a breeze and the agent was warm and helpful. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The bed was sooo comfy, we slept beautifully. Shower was nice and hot. The cleanliness of the breakfast area, as well as the selections, was impressive. No complaints!

Just needed a place to sleep a few hours between trips. Was completely amazed at the customer service by the desk clerk who not only was extremely courteous when checking in, but he came around and helped us with the door and our luggage rack. This seems like something every desk clerk would do, but that is not necessarily true. Not only was he helpful, he was so kind! Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he was working at the Kennewick Center location on 8/16 at 4pm. He should be a corporate trainer, deserves a promotion and a raise!

Room was modern & clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of free parking.

The staff at other places Ive stayed at acted as if I was just griping about something, when in fact the issue I was pointing out was something i would have taken seriously if it had been in my own home.

Friendly staff

Loud, loud, loud. You won’t fall asleep. You can hear every peep, footstep from the rooms above, and every door slam. I wouldn’t bother writing this review if it weren’t for the front desk staff majorly contributing to noise until almost midnight. The two ladies were talking at full volume right outside my room. With rooms directly next to the lobby, there should be silent time when guests are trying to sleep. I got up and asked them if they could quiet down and not even 5 minutes later they were back to hooting and hollering. I packed up all my things at 11:30 pm with anticipation of moving my room away from the lobby, yet they refused to move my room, or offer any resolution. Not even an apology. Etiquette is a lost art. I travel A LOT, have stayed in hundreds of hotels of all different levels in every single state of the country and I’ve never had to get out of bed (twice!) and make a noise complaint. Morning, you won’t even need an alarm because once breakfast starts, it sounds like a bull in a china shop.

They provided excellent accommodations, the hot breakfast was very good. I did have a hard time with the cleaning of only every 3rd day. However, they said we could ask for whatever we needed. I definitely would stay again.
