Best Western Kennewick Tri-Cities Center

They provided excellent accommodations, the hot breakfast was very good. I did have a hard time with the cleaning of only every 3rd day. However, they said we could ask for whatever we needed. I definitely would stay again.

Clean room. Decent breakfast.

The property is a bit outdated but well kept. Plenty of parking, clean, with pleasant staff. The elevator is very slow and rickety. The breakfast was not what we had hoped for, no variety and not enough space for guests to sit. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it was nice having a tub in our room. Overall the stay was fine.

Parking was easy! Staff was a little impatient with me, but I'm an old lady and I need a little extra help! Room was tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was better than I expected!

Everything! Wonderful hotel. Breakfast had a huge selection, and the lady who checked us in was super nice and upgraded us to a bigger room they had available.

The room was clean and priced in the $100 ish per night which is was I was looking for. Breakfast was your standard scramble eggs, bacon & waffles , average but there were no surprises.

Breakfast was excellent in my opinion, we stay in a lot of hotels in Canada and the US for baseball so we've experienced a lot of complimentary breakfasts over the years. Our players were staying at the Super 8 around the corner and did not have any of the options we had at the BW such as eggs or bacon. The flavoured coffee creamers, bottles of white/chocolate/almond milk, and various waffle toppings were just that little extra treat. Front desk was very accommodating as we ended up having to book an extra night. They were already willing to let us have a late check out for no charge and we were able to keep our same room which was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, breakfast had a good selection, good location. Honestly both times I've stayed here the noise was a major issue. It's not just your typical 2-3 star hotel noise from other rooms. It's loud thudding that shakes the room until late at night and starts again early in the morning. It was honestly miserable. I was so anxious and uncomfortable. You can't even put in earplugs because the stomping around or whatever is happening vibrates the room. I wasn't looking for much and still was disappointed. Wouldn't stay here again to be honest.

It was in a great location and it was very clean and comfortable.

Good location No bathroom fan or if there was one it did not work adequately. Did inform staff but was informed that it is an automatic fan but still did not work properly.

Great stay of one night just traveling through.

They are overworking the front desk person. Having her handle making the breakfast too.

Decent hotel, great location for mall and centrally located. Quite, clean, and very friendly staff. Beds were average, pillows small and not great. Glad I brought my own pullow. Breakfast is VERY basic, not the best quality. Pool is small but okay, had a distinct oder. No hot tub. Overall worth the $130 per night compared to other properties that were much more expensive.
