Ice only available on 3rd floor. Our bathroom door was coming apart, so was hard to open and close door. But very quiet

Good enough, hotel is just outdated and needs some updating. The attached bar has limited hours but was a nice added feature.

The room was extremely clean as was the hotel in general. We are accustomed to hotels, providing shampoo, conditioner, etc., and that was not the case at this hotel. Additionally, the complementary Wi-Fi was not existent, and if your cellular carrier is AT&T, that was also nonexistent within the hotel.

Any issues I ran into with my stay, staff was very prompt at solving them. Was a good stay. It was quiet, and the location is amazing! Everything you need is right there.

Room not cleaned well. Bathroom had long hairs on floor. Sink area not clean.

Overall the experience was good. There was an odor in the room we had to buy an air freshener. Quiet floor on the 3rd level. I believe the front desk staff was name Crystal she was very nice upon arrival and departure. She maintained a very pleasant appeal. Location was FANTASTIC. I will say it’s worth staying there for convenience and price. My wife and I would stay there again.

Property needs improvements, ac didn't work, screen was missing from window, staff didn't seem to care.

The AC in the room was not keeping up and keeping room cool, had to pop open window to try to cool room off. The door to the room wouldn’t latch properly. The toilet was in the way of the door and scraped against door when opened or closed.

Everything was expected. No surprises which is rare these days. Even got free drink tokens for the bar and walking distance to restaurants and gas.

Tile floor is lose or broken in the elevator. There was a strong odor throughout.

Nice older hotel. Area is busy being right off the interstate. Hotel is nice, staff was friendly, if you are looking for top of the line, probably not the right choice. But much nicer than the bargain hotels
