Clean room. Great service.

There are no elevators and we had 2 large bags we had to carry upstairs. But the staff was helpful to help us carry oir bags. The location was convenient to the highway and a Walgreens and gas station

Checked in late (2am). Was fast, not friendly or rude, just meh. No explanation of amenities, just room number. Bathroom had hair on the walls and there were stains on the bed. One side of the nightstand was plugged in and couldn’t even reach a plug. It had a USB port that was rendered useless. Cleaning service used some sort of wax or cleaner on the wood (linoleum) that made the whole room slick, like it had a film on it. Made it super slick when getting into the shower where I almost did the splits. Breakfast was super basic, what was left. One waffle maker was broken. I was eating when the attendant come through and shut everything off. Didn’t ask if I needed anything before she turned off the machines or put anything away, not even eye contact or any sort of acknowledgment and I was clearly visible and still eating. Cut breakfast short and went to use the lobby bathroom, almost choked. It was not kept well. Overall, property has seen better days on the exterior, the room was fine aside from the items I mentioned, staff not friendly at all, and attention is needed on the small things. Good for a place passing though and nothing else.

Read reviews prior to booking and did not notice any issues. We had two young children (under 2 yrs) with us. Originally going to put us on the 2nd floor but no elevator - not feasible. They found us a first floor room that worked. Initially it looked fine - no issues, clean, quiet, etc. First night was fine other than daughter went out for a smoke before bed and noticed some lady creeping around the corner watching her. Second day - walked out and a couple were having an argument in the parking lot - looked like an employee and their significant other - right outside the main doors. Returned to hotel that night about 9:30pm and there were parties going on in several rooms with doors open and loud music. Also side doors to building were propped open so any one without a card could walk in. Multiple people out smoking weed outside our windows walking up and down. They didn’t appear to be guests because they got in cars to leave after a bit. Did not feel safe to have children under 2 in this area. Again - I’m very familiar with Kenosha/Racine area as I grew up just west of here and my immediate family all live within 30 minutes. Will not stay here again - don’t bring children here!

I had to check out a day prior. I had a terrible night . It wasn't a safe place for me. I checked out a day before my check out date.

The room itself seemed fairly clean but definitely a bit outdated. I've had hotels with nicer appliances and shower heads. The hotel immediately reaked of marijuana when you hit the stairs and headed to the second floor. It's also funny to ask about "the view" from my room when my window was on a corner and therefore covered by a wall. The price was pretty high for not only the location but for what was offered. There was maybe 1 or 2 staff my entire stay.

i personally wish there were better and more channels on the television. I also think the vending machines could be a bit cheaper. i also wish the rooms service menu was vetter because i tried to order and it was forcing me to use cashapp to purchase things and also said it would take 2 days for the food to arrive for some reason. but aside from that, the room was nice and clean and i had a good stay!

This place was absolutely awful.. dirty rude people deal drugs in parking all hours of the night.. the floor was busted and broken, and the bath towels were filthy.. the whole place was left undesirable.. Thinking some so kind of money should be credit back.. Never again

Stairs and hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in a long time. Chair and ottoman in our room had lots of stains on them. Air conditioner very loud. Smoke alarm didn’t have a battery and we talked to the staff twice about it. Nothing done. Will definitely not book there again

Staff was excellent, breakfast was also excellent. Room was nice but could have been cleaner. Sink had no stopper in it to prevent items from entering the drain. Location to local restaurants and to the outlet stores was great. No complaints.

-The common areas all smelled like sweaty shoes. -The room itself was in ok shape -The air conditioner fan made a god awful noise all night. -front desk staff was out smoking as we walked by her to enter the hotel for check in and left us standing there waiting to check in. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Breakfast in the morning. Close to the interstate. Clean. Breakfast was supposed to be served till 9 am. At 8:15 they were out of the hot food. When I asked if more was coming, they said no because it would take too long to prepare. Several people came in after me and none were able to have breakfast.
