The jacuzzi in our room was nasty, I called the front desk and asked if they could do anything about it and they said no, still trying to get a hold of them to make it right

We were on the 1st floor, black out curtains would not close, after driving 10 hours straight thru from Michigan we wanted to go to bed early, also at 8:30 pm they had someone outside mowing right in front of our room. Needless to say we didn't sleep well. Told the front desk when we checked out & he's like "Oh ok"

Hotel is clean and staff are excellent. I had a problem with my room that was dealt with very quickly and courteously. Breakfast was good, though a bit busy leaving no place to sit. Thankfully no problems bringing breakfast to the room.

Room was clean and had some recent updates. Breakfast had good selection, was hot, the woman in charge of dining area kept everything real clean and well supplied. Could actually open up a window for some fresh air! No complaint, would return if in area.

The staff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious, and we loved the pool and hot tub. Very convenient location for where we were going. They are doing renovations right now. Not a huge inconvenience, but they were doing the parking lot while we were there. Overall great experience and we would definitely stay again.

Our stay was nice. The breakfast had a variety of hot & cold food choices. It was very good. The pool & hot tub were nice and good temperatures. We did have a small issue of the television not working, however the maintenance man came in to check it out & ended up bringing in a different TV for us. Also they were re-sealing the parking lot & gave us no notice that they were doing so. So it made parking & leaving a little more difficult. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was good, but did not care for tacos for breakfast. The bathrooms in the showers were filthy the conditioner container on the wall had black mold on the bottom. The plaster in the shower was all busting up and head black smears on the ceiling.

The location is good and convenient, the hotel is quiet. This facility is under construction and being renovated. There was also a large group staying here and that was inconvenient.

Everything was clean once we stepped into our room. We were so happy. Couldn’t make it to breakfast woke up late because of the comfortable bed.

Room did not get that cool. Silverfish in the shower. Check in was a pain as the card reader was sub par.
