I have never stayed at a Comfort Inn as I prefer something a little more upscale. That said, the most staff was outstanding. Jennie, the front desk lady, in particular was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She always had a pleasant greeting and a smile on her face. Unfortunately, while the property was clean, it was not in some aspects well maintained. Our bathtub drain was broken. Our toilet occasionally had to be adjusted because it would continue running. The rooms were smaller than was comfortable. But again, the welcoming, positive, helpful attitude of the staff was stellar.

Bathroom/shower had start of mold growing on wall due to poor air flow. Hair was on shower walls and hotel shampoo containers. Bedding was yellowed. Air conditioner was loud and fan sounded like it was about to be done. Definitely did not get a good night’s sleep during stay.

Modern and clean Room and breakfast good alao

THE ROOMS WHERE CLEAN AND THE STAFF FRIENDLY. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND PLENLTY PARKING.

The property parking lot was being resurfaced and parking was very limited. Our room was on the side of the work being done and it was very noisy early in the morning which woke us up. The parking outside the building was being resurfaced at the time of our arrival which limited parking areas very inconvenient. The inside of the building was OK. However, the man at the desk I felt was very rude during our stay and lied to my wife about the noise that woke us up in the morning and said it was race cars is making the noise however it was the machines cleaning the asphalt very early in the morning. The general staff was very good . The lady who was at the desk later on was very helpful, helped to fix the shade that was broken in our room. She was doing a very good job taking care of us and making our stay more pleasant The staff for breakfast time was also very good. Add an asset to your company.

Loved having two rooms

Overall our stay was great. My only complaint is we had to request a clean on the room and when they came to clean the garbages weren’t emptied, so I had to go get bags from the front desk and take my own garbage out.

We stayed for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay at this hotel again if in the area.

the lobby, pool and hallway were pretty nice. The first room we got smelled so terribly like skunk or marijuana. We were promptly given another room. This one smelled like bleach (much better than pot), but it was old and the walls were filty. There were paint patches on almost every wall. the floor in the bathroom was tile and the tub was stained. The room had no carpet but was tiled with linoleum tiles. (It felt like a hotel from a 3rd world country.) The air conditioning did not keep us cool. We had it set at the lowest temp possible but room was sweltering. There is a door that separates the sitting area from the 2 beds. That room was especially hot. My special needs son with asthma had a hard time breathing. - I wish we would have chosen another hotel.

Thought everything was good. Unfortunately there was a sporting tournament in town and rooms were way overpriced.
-
Location was great proximity to the highway. The room had a very musty odor. We had the window cracked the whole time we were there.

It was very good. Just the right amount of items to choose from.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the only complaint is I know the pool was "heated" but it was cold. I was so excited to go swimming, I got my new suit on, went down to the pool as soon as we checked in, got in the water up to my knees, waited a few, and I never acclimated to the water. It was constantly freezing. I could not get comfortable. The furthest i made it in was up to my belly button, my back started hurting from shivering, and my travel companion who was equally excited and I both noped out of there, and never went in again. We were both so sad, because we were both looking forward to swimming as we are both water and swim lovers. We ended up checking out a day early, there was nothing to do in the hotel, and the work in mu cobdo finished early. If the pool was warmer, we would have stayed the full time just to swim longer.

It was ok just don’t have a hot tub which is what I look forward to

Community dining area is lovely: very bright and airy with comfortable seating. Breakfast was excellent. Sleeping room was dated but clean and we appreciated the ADA height toilet even though the room was not ADA accessible.

I like the cleanliness and location of the faculty. Staff was very helpful and polite. The other guess was friendly n polite. I really liked my room. I didn’t like that my husband found what appeared to be a blood stain on the blanket

Everything Everything was good

The room had a smell and the tub was dirty. Also the living room tv didn't work.

The moment you walked off the elevator the smell of mildew hit you fast. The room was very outdated. Hotel staff all seemed like they had attitudes. Waste of money. But luckily it was only for one night during an emergency.
