We had a beach front room with a balcony. It was beautiful!

Amazing place to stay for vacation.

We were a very large group of 24 staying at the resort for two of our friends 50th birthday parties! We all had such a fun time. All of our rooms were gorgeous. We rented a cabana we ate at the pool. We ate at the Canary bar. The property was perfectly located. Staff was amazing. The hotel was a beautiful Hilton property very well maintained. I loved the history in the hotel itself and all of the beautiful pictures throughout. Thank you for a memorable trip.

I really really loved this hotel its amazing. All you need is in it.

Our room also had a tweet noise every 12 minutes, which the hotel knew about and the engineering team couldn't find. The previous couple demanded to move, so instead of figuring it out they moved US in there. Finally, the next day, WE had to find it. It was a "gag gift" you can buy on Amazon that was placed on the back of the TV. NOT the night away I expected.

They should advice the beach is close

The rooms were very clean. The staff was amazing and very helpful. My husband and I fell in love with this place.. we would go back for sure.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and everything was fantastic. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. We hope to visit again!

Beautiful ambiance.

Very convenient to the airport. They upgraded us to a suite which was a bit nicer than we thought our room would be. Rooms are nothing to write home about but not bad. We happened to pick a weekend that a motorcycle group was holding a bike competition so that increased the patronage for the weekend. We really enjoyed the proximity to Duval St. and the staff were very courteous and professional. Would stay again.

We loved being at the pool or in the beach and able to get Pina Coladas delivered to us… the entire estate is impressive and we completely enjoyed our stay with our newly adult children!

Experience was not good. Bugs in room. Staff did service room when they said they would.and the room had odor to it. Towels were ruff. Help at front desk were very nice I will say

The only issue I had with this hotel was the picture we’re not what I found when I went to the hotel. I the pictures show the water blue crystal clear water. That was not what I saw and the hotel did have some signs of wear which were not shown on the pictures

It was a beautiful resort.

We booked an oceanfront balcony room, but ended up on the first floor. We asked to be put on an upper floor or for a partial refund and the staff refused both.
