We checked into a room that the a/c did not work. They tried to tell us that it was when it wouldn’t cool below 79 when it was sat on 68 with the curtains closed for 4 hours. Asked us to go check out another room that was in the same situation. Finally found a room that would hold at 70. This rooms trade off was that the sink only managed a trickle of water and the toilet would only flush if you forced it by removing the top and manually flushing. Then the tank would run and you have to reset it manually. The light would turn itself on in the middle of the night. You could prevent it but you’d have to turn the whole thing off which stopped the fan. There’s a $60 a day amenity fee but the pool is over ran by iguana poop that staff will walk around before they clean and the pool is the temp of a hot tub and cloudy. Our kids feet stayed black from the dirty floors. Cleaning staff walked in on us showering. One elevator was out of service the whole time. Hallways are dirty. Not worth the money. There are better places to stay, if I hadn’t have booked a un refundable stay I would have 100% switched places. They offered me a 200$ credit to my room. But in return they place a $200 a night hold on my credit card. Believe me it was not worth the credit. I let them know about the other issues and they did not care in the slightest. Luckily the Keys are gorgeous and we tried to ignore our accommodations and enjoy the area.

Great little property with access to the other Hilton.

Mostly it was ok. The price turned out to be much more than I expected. There were additional "resort fees" of over$60 per day that provided no benefit, and parking was $50 per day (the only complaint is there was valet parking only which was unnecessary). Main complaint was there was an issue with the air conditioning not cooling to the temp. that was set on the thermostat. I reported it 2 times and both times was promised an engineer would look at. Never happened.

I had a resort view but got a parking lot view. View was is not good if you select resort view. Overall, great hotel. I enjoyed my stay. The room was big and clean. Loved the option of extra bedding being offered. I give this hotel 4/5.

The resort was beautiful & staff is very friendly & helpful!

Property is in a great location. Food choices minimal on the resort. Outside could be maintained more and the rooms were decent.

Great location, very nice room and friendly staff.

We had booked and paid extra for a King Ocean View Apartment; however, the room primarily overlooked the pool, with only a small glimpse of the ocean visible in the distance. While the staff kindly upgraded us to a more appealing room, it still faced the pool with the ocean only in the background rather than offering the ocean view we had expected. The check-in experience was also frustrating. After waiting in line at reception for around 20 minutes, we were informed that our room would not be ready until the standard 4:00 pm check-in time, despite having already paid for early check-in. Overall, the property did not provide the experience or value we were expecting based on the description and room category booked. We booked through Booking.com, and when we raised our concerns about the room allocation, staff advised that there have been ongoing discrepancies between the room descriptions and images displayed on Booking.com and the rooms guests ultimately receive. This was disappointing, as the accommodation provided did not align with our expectations based on the listing we booked. One additional consideration for future guests is that the resort is quite spread out, and depending on your room location, you may have a considerable walk to reach your accommodation. We would recommend packing as lightly as possible, as luggage carts were limited during our stay and assistance with transporting bags to and from rooms was not always readily available.

The room and pool area were very well maintained. Ashoka at the front desk was amazing. We will definitely go back.

Pool was nice and clean and attendants did a nice job. Happy hour had decent prices but you could not get poolside service if you wanted to take advantage of that. Instead we had to walk to the bar. Towel attendants were pleasant and did a nice job. The view was great from our room. Valet guys did a nice job but we were informed the night before checkout that there was a $50.00 per day for parking. Understand this, but it would have been nice to have known up front.

the pool needs update- access to the room on the last tower is terrible

had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. At the end of my stay, I was shocked by excessive fees that were not disclosed in advance. I felt deceived, and I do not recommend anyone stay here without clarifying all costs beforehand.”
