Spent a week, 2 bedroom suite, washer dryer was nice to have with beach clean up/ had late wake ups and staff was great at a delayed clean up; very friendly

The room was ready and nice and clean . It was in a excellent location for visiting Key West and the pool area was very nice for lounging around and was also clean and maintained.

Our family of 5 stay was great, free ice cream and muffins daily was a nice touch. Unfortunately the nearby beach was not clean, it was full of seaweed, it had a foul smell and if we had known we would have stayed on the other side of the island. I really wanted to enjoy the beach. What sold me is that the beach was steps away but was told by the staff we would need to go to another beach on the other side of the island. Other than that the hotel suite was lovely.

We had the best experience at this hotel resort. The room was perfectly laid out for our family with 2 older kids and one younger. The pool was right outside our door! Equipped with full kitchen and easy access to door dash and Instacart. Everyone on staff was exceptionally helpful and polite. The hotel is also walking distance from lots of sightseeing and restaurants.

What a beautiful property with a great staff! Wilfredo in swimming pool, Martin in maintenance, Azul and the other ladies in the reception, the housekeeping crew, everyone make us feel special in our stay. The attention to small details in the rooms and the availability of all the necessary appliances and utensils create a much more relaxed environment. I’m already preparing my next visit. Beds are full of bed bugs. Rooms look very clean and nice but they are full of bedbugs. My whole family suffered bed bug bites. Horrible terrible I wish I could get money back.

The room was excellent and housekeeping did a wonderful job. It was very nice to have two bedrooms and a spacious kitchen. Overall, we were very comfortable with our stay. We were never able to reach guest services when we tried to call. I did not feel that the amenities really justified the price. But the room was lovely and location was great.

The only issue we had was getting someone to clean the rooms. We had to ask every day. We had kids and nap time. If we didn’t ask they always seem to show up after lunch. Other than that we had no issues with the resort.

The rooms were very nice and equipped.

Kudos to the front desk personnel, they were extremely helpful in coordinating activities, making reservations and providing viable suggestions of places to eat and things to do. The pool bar was pricey, but that seems to be a consistent issue in the keys. The hotel is located in close proximity to many attractions.

They lease to Onlywood Restaurant on the property. For some reason they don’t promote the restaurant. We ate there 2 out of 5 days. Service and food were tremendous. If you go for happy hour 5-6 you get great deals on both food and drinks.
