Southernmost Beach Resort and Guesthouses

Other then the ceiling fan and ceiling fan light coming on and off ( all night long)because next rooms remote worked ours to, huge pain in the rear , it was a good hotel great location for bar crawling

Sea grass smell is awful. Door and window were broken or loose bolts. Door wouldn't close, had to call maintenance to repair. No trash can liners provided. Moved rooms to get away from smell. The second room also smelled bad. We bought air freshener at CVS to deal with the bad smell. The swimming pools are great here, but I wouldn't stay here again. Staff is not friendly or well trained.

Was not as the pictures portrayed very small the air conditioner was right in your face the ceiling fan kept going on and off all during the night and beeping waking us up just a bad place to stay for the money. We had to put up a 500 dollar deposit that we were not expecting. Just do not stay here.

Unfortunately we went the wrong time of year and the seaweed had washed up all over the beach so any beach activities,the pool, lounge area, bar, and resteraunt were not able to enjoy due to the overpowering smell of the rotting seaweed. I would not have gone this time of year. The location was amazing, golf cart rental was perfect to explore other beaches on Northside, The property was nice and the location was amazing to all shopping and walking distance to Marina, we enjoyed easy booking of sight tours,as well as our snorkeling adventure and they take you to sandbars that are perfect place to relax with no seaweed. Overall made the best of the situation even with the smell.

Muy mala experiencia, me entregaron la abitacion con mucho olor a cloro pq los anteriores q estuvieron alli fumaron maria, el pago de los parqueos caricimos, muchos cargos extras, se acabaron jabones y shampoo y me los cobraron caricimos porque segun me dijeron avia q informarlo q se abia acabado el producto, le verdad q me dejaron sin palabras.

From check in and check out everything in between this Hotel was everything and more during our weekend girls trip get away!! We will not hesitate to book again in a few months!!

The resort fee is very expensive for what the resort has to offer for the guests. I will not rebook this resort the next time we are in Keywest. No shuttle services are offered. Nothing complimentary but two welcome drinks.

The property is so cute. It sits at the end of Duval St which was so convenient. The room and balcony was spotless and came with water restocked everyday. I will say that the “beach” was a muddy mess with huge mud holes. No one was on the “beach”. Other than that, plenty of restaurants within walking distance and even a CVS.

There were a lot of activities available which my wife and I enjoyed. We really enjoyed the dinner ghost stories in the Beach Cafe and the pool Steel Drum DJ. The property is really close to Duvall street and the Southermost Buoy. The text feature was really helpful too, someone actually answers you!!

Roosters are all over the property so poop was everywhere, even on the furniture. We had lots of ants in the bathroom and the sink drained very slowly.

I love that fact room service made my bed up with my Minnie Mouse blanket it was sooooo freaking cute!

Everything was wonderful except the private beer area. We could not use it because of the sargassum and I wish they would have sent a message so we could have planned better. It was one of the reasons I booked there. If we could have used the beach it would have been a 10/10. Cleaning took a while each day. Came very late but did a great job.

The first room was so dirty I had to tell staff. The shower and bathroom had hair the ac had actual hair hanging from it. Toothpast on the bathroom mirror , just disgusting. Second room was infested with ants. They got inside my laptop( I kept my laptop on top of the desk for work ) opened the laptop and ants came out of the buttons screen and ports. Behind toilet ants were coming out everyday . First room was 8016 second room was 8023. Staff apologized but nothing else. On top of that I saw they have a Groupon for the room. 100 bucks less than Expedia

I originally booked a room with 2 beds. They put me in Duvall gardens, which is about 3-4 blocks away, no parking. I went back and asked if I could have a room on the main campus. They said it would be a $50.00 upgrade charge, I said no problem. The room they gave me was a room for midgets. It was so small, the bathroom you didn’t have any room to turn around. I will never stay there again. The smell from the seaweed was horrible, but that isn’t their fault. Breakfast isn’t served until 8:00. I have attached pictures of the room. Not worth it.

The property views are breathtaking.

Great place

Was disappointed with a couple of things. On the first day the maid missed cleaning the room and had to be caught in the hallway and asked for clean towels. The TV did not work very well. No channels to see a guide it kept getting "locked up" on off channel. Tried to call the contact the front desk but they don't answer the phone. Basically was very disappointed in the staff. Would not come back to this property.
