Our unique property is like no other. Each of our rooms has its own tropical identity fit for your vacation needs. Accessible via private entrance, every room has its own bathroom, coffee station with mini refrigerator and microwave, adjustable A/C unit, Free WIFI, and cable TV. Pack n Plays for our smallest guests are available upon request at booking. We are one of few accommodations on the island to have zero resort fees while providing the perks of a resorts. Liked room upstairs and breakfast was excellent out on porch. Wish our drink coupons had been good for more than 3 hours. Location is good if you like to walk to museums and shops. Were delivered to wrong address from Key West Express dock--not sure whether address was unclear or Uber driver didn't know of other place across street. Wish the rate had been somewhat less. Price increases have made multiple night stays at locations like this almost prohibitive. Lot of traffic and noise due to nearby construction.

Everything. The whole place is so beautiful. Our room was great, modern. The guest house is the right size, you don’t feel lost. The dipping pool is amazing and so pretty. Breakfast every morning was so good. The staff is very friendly and happy. Location was so great too, bicycle rentals right on the property. I could go on….. Literally nothing.

Room 6 is fantastic. Very spacious. Clean upon arrival. Decent water pressure in the shower. Kitchen is pretty well appointed. Porch is fantastic. Location is quiet and the at closes at 7 which is nice. Drink vouchers are a nice touch. Our room had a partial water view which was nice. The kitchen could use a baking sheet for the oven. For me, the bed was a bit firm. Lots of stairs (23 in fact) to get to our room.

The room we stayed in was tucked behind the building next to the pool which was great. Included breakfast was great and daily free drinks from the hotel bar helped us save a little money. Nothing
