Nice property for a family stay. The facilities were good. The bedroom AC was a little noisy. Parking is limited on the property but there is ample street parking nearby. The property owner was prompt and accommodating. Overall a decent property for family stay.

Location, super clean pool right outside your door and parking included. Small TV. Truthfully, wasn’t in the room long enough to watch it anyway as this was a quick getaway wknd.

Just like paradise the room was adorable and the staff was great. Location was very close to everything. Pool was clean and amazing to be able to just walk out of the room into the pool.

Location Cleanliness - dead bugs on floor and in shower. Floor not swept properly, sand/grit on floor.

The room was excellent. The temperature of the pool was perfect. It was perfect because it was so close to everything. This place is outstanding.

Close to duval street, nice pool with towels, great vibe. Nice staff.

Spacious suites, tropical courtyard and pool area, friendly staff, quiet location. The floor was not clean and I had to wear shoes the entire time. Our tv did not work, staff tried to fix but were not successful. The mattress was very uncomfortable and I had to go to the chiropractor when I returned home. It is a bit of a walk to the more action packed part of Duval Street.
