Aston at the Maui Banyan

This property is old but maintained well and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. The room we stayed has a very small bathroom.

The condo-style rooms are one of our favorite things about this property. Our room was beautiful, very well maintained, and in excellent condition. The entire property was immaculate and exceptionally clean, and you can tell that the grounds are well cared for. The staff was absolutely wonderful — friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and always willing to help. The location is also fantastic! You’re within walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants. The pools are beautiful and well maintained, and we loved that there are BBQ grills throughout the pool areas, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing meal outdoors. The only thing I would mention because I noticed this… for families with children is that there are quite a few owner-residents on the property. At times, it seemed that some residents were less welcoming toward children using the pool, which could make families feel a little uncomfortable, they also prioritize parking spaces for owners, so guest parking can be somewhat limited. With that said, We had such a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our time at the Maui Banyan. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Immaculately clean property. Great location. Wonderful staff. Comfortable accommodations. We highly recommend the Maui Banyan and we are looking forward to our next visit.

The grounds were amazing. Lots of beautiful flowers and very peaceful. There were no loud adults or children running around. The complex was a short walk across the street from the beach and a nice walk away from lots of restaurants and shopping.

The staff at the front desk was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The unit was really clean and organized. Every room was immaculate. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff did not give a better unit when they had it available even after requesting with 2 bathrooms and better view while they gave the better unit to my friend whom I recommended the Maui banyan and blamed expedia for sending the booking different.

We always enjoy our stay there. Room was clean, lots of parking and staff was great. Will definitely be back for our next staycation.

Parking was ridiculous every spot says owner with no car I think if your renting there unit you should be able to use there parking spot

It is a modern, well maintained facility. The staff was extremely helpful.

Room was fine. The problem is there is no central AC, only a small, old window unit in the living room. No AC in bedroom, would not stay here again, might be less of an issue in the winter.

The location, the amenities and the property itself Parking was difficult you could park in the back lot instead of the main parking structure however it is a considerable further walking distance then if he didn’t park in the parking structure

Cat at the front desk was amazing! Our flight got delayed until the next day, and I went down to the desk in a panic. She helped me get our room booked for another night and was just super helpful!

This hotel was perfect for my party of 5. The adjoining rooms made for a great apartment. The location in Kihei was so convenient, and the view of the ocean from our rooms
