Room had roaches
-
Additionally, the telephones and guest laundry were not functioning.
-
The rooming was awesome.
-
The young lady at reception was kind and helpful . No breakfast on Tuesday.
-
The suites are really nice well maintained
-
Under new management, the property was reportedly undergoing renovations. No breakfast, vending machines, or food/medical items available. No room service expect when leaving --not even any DO Not Disturb signs for the doors. In the gyn, the exercise machines were partially dysfunctional.

The staff was great everyone was helpful I had absolutely no problems even when I messed up my booking The lady at the front desk did a great job very patient with me and did not make me feel like I was a burden at all. Although they cleanliness is a little to be desired the lamps themselves had really thick dust. The floors wasn't really good they were sticky but not overly gross or anything just I could tell there was some things that they don't normally do and they get away with not doing.

Elevators were out, vending machines were out, ice machines were out no housekeeping on Friday or Saturday. Most of the staff were nice just need more help and support seems like. Improvements needed immediately

It needs to be updated. The elevators broke down and all the guest had to walk up and down. The air conditioning didn’t work in the hallways of the hotel, so as you walked to your room up and down the stairs it was extremely hot and exhausting. We had a Jr suite and the refrigerator had old and molded food- so it hadn’t been clean in some time. The air quality was not the best. The staff were pleasant. The hotel itself needs remodeling and the decore was old and dark. I wouldn’t stay there again unless they gutted it to be modern.

Our fridge was not cleaned good and the there was ice build up in the freezer part . But other than that all appeared cleaned and we slept well

Well I got the room because of the indoor pool hot tub, I called ahead of time before I made my reservation. I asked if the pool was open. I was told yes, so I booked the room same day. When I arrived I was told the pool room was closed due to remodeling.

Deceiving...looks nice but is not worth the stay whatsoever. Is so run-down. We checked out early. Switching management or new owners was the reasoning for the following: pool closed, elevators not in use, ice machines on all floors not working except in the lobby and other family members arrived to a/c broken (although fixed in a couple of hours)...the floors are very dirty, carpeting throughout ESPECIALLY in rooms are disgusting and nothing is cleaned well from the bathroom, microwave, oven vents to the makeup mirror. The BOX TV was amazing to my young one but the buzzing was unbearable- definitely not 4k. Thankfully we had traveled with one personal pillow so my roommate had a usable, comfortable pillow but the ones provided are cube shaped (12"x12"x12") and hard- you wake up in pain. The comforter is a worn out feather-down duvet that was washed improperly and ruined that is paper thin and clumpy AND THE TOWELS are like sandpaper!! There is no daily housekeeping which I guess makes sense for long stays. The little coffee maker makes horrible coffee. Three in our party had dinner on a Friday night in the restaurant and said it was good but the restaurant was closed the following Saturday night. Not what you expect for the rates you pay. The staff was nice and did try to remedy most things but most everything was out of their hands. WE DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

I will not stay there again
-
The rooms and staff were great. There was no breakfast and the indoor pool not accessible(kids disappointed) and elevators stopped working not something I expected but things happen. They were under new management and changes which understandable. There working on it.
-
There was black mold in the bathroom near the ceiling. The mold really needs to be addressed before someone gets sick and sues the pants off of you guys.
-
The staff was amazing especially Kayla at the front desk. She accomodated us to be closer to our family that was also staying there. She went above and beyond. I hope they see this review!
-
Room and sheets were clean
-
The room was clean and the sheets were clean.
-
The carpet was severely stained, dirt and mold in the bathroom, blanket on bed was so old it was lumpy, the grounds were not mowed and weeds were 1-2 feet high.

It was nice considering it's a small town
