The location was very convenient To start, the check-in process took forever. The clerk kept getting kicked out of the booking.com website. We booked a non-smoking room that had an ashtray and smelt like cigarette smoke. To say that the room was filthy is an understatement. The walls were covered with sticky gobs of who knows what, there was food and fuzz on the walls by the trash cans. The floor was disgusting. There was another man’s shirt hanging on the back of the bathroom door from the previous customer. The top comforters had nasty white markings on them and holes from cigarettes. The toilet paper was half used and not even on the toilet paper holder. They only gave us one bath towel and one hand towel when we booked a double Queen room. There were people living in the rooms next to us, sitting outside of their room, smoking cigarettes, talking on the phone. We were unaware it was an extended stay type of hotel.

Location peaceful good service. The room was very clean Nothing to complain

Pillows were disgusting. Sheets were dirty and had hair all over. My husband found a cup with pee in the shower and the toilets look like they hadn’t been wiped down in at least, months. We were allowed to check in a couple of hours early but I would not stay here again. It was pet friendly but the fee had changed and was not updated on the website

Nothing They didn’t change the sheets, there was hair in the bed, I had to require for clean sheets and I made the bed myself. The room was super dirty, the floor was super dirty and they didn’t clean the bathroom, the bath tub had hair and it was black dirty. I think they just made the bed with the dirty sheets and was it.
