It was fairly easy to check in and the staff was nice and gave me no issues. I appreciate them not giving me trouble about my service dog considering he is required to be with us at all times. I didn't like that there was so many bugs and roaches in the room. It was kinda gross. I also wish they would have gave us more towels considering it was 2 people staying in the room for multiple nights. I also couldn't control the A/C and it got to under 60 degrees so I had to just unplug it. It was freezing in there!

The AC unit was very noisy and didn't cool the room. There was nothing in the room to sit on and the TV was lousy. No microwave or refrigerator as advertised. I will never go back.

I cannot give this place a good review. I stated reasons and respect that you didn't like what I said so let's just leave it at that. I have overall given y'all good reviews at places I have stayed at but absolute cannot this time.

Plugs didn't work. Smoke alarm beeping and guy just ripped it off ceiling and left. Sheets were clean but towel didn't bed spread are stained. Cheap place to stay..

Horrible experience air conditioner made way too much noise couldn’t get any sleep. They asked me for $20 at the desk on a different card. Waited 14 days still haven’t got my $20 called 1-800 number that they told me to call spent 30 minutes talking to some lady that gave me the runaround and told me to wait more days..14 days to get $20 really!!! no stars.

I never got my 20 deposit back. I explained to the man that it was a sixteenth card then the booking and he said it would go back on the right card and i never got refunded it any where
