Location was good, visiting TAMUK Heavy rain, room wad damp and musty smelling. Baby scorpion in the bathroom. Breakfast: eggs dried out, instant coffee. Not great.

The breakfast was good with a variety of options. The ? Elliptical machine was not working nor could I get the TV to work in the gym.

Location was great with easy access. Very quiet. My vegan friends liked fresh fruit and coffee options. The floor was wet, because the A/C had been idle since the previous day. Wet and stinky.

Location, n the room was super spacious. Super disappointed in our sofa mattress bed. It was FILTHY! BIG BROWN STAINS N LARGE PIECES OF FOOD POPPED OUT EVERYWHERE WHEN PULLING OUT THE SOFA BED. Super annoying since this happened just when we were getting ready for bed, after a long day of walking in the heat at the local university orientation day...I tried speaking to the Manager but she was out sick for the day. I am expecting a call back from her, hopefully soon.

The people Having to give a 100 dollar deposit after everything was paid for online, they require you to give a deposit when actually checking in it should be put on the website not have the customer pay and surprise them when they get there

The 4th roach finally tipped me over! Makeup covered towels that were not washed, internet was down the entire 3 days, the roach that I stepped on with my bare feet crunched like popcorn, and the dirty sheets/towells/floor/breakfast area/ was just out of CONTROL!

Room # 103, non working light bulbs, shower would not turn on completely. Told front desk Breakfast was 50%, no bagels, only apples, no cream cheese, eggs not real!!

My family and I love to stay here every time we come back from vacations. We live in Georgia and drive down to Mexico on our way back we are always super tired and we feel safe and the facility is always so clean. We have stopped here every time on our way back home now.
