The room was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. The restroom needed some work/repairs, but it was in working condition. The only negative thing was that we called the lobby because we needed extra towels, and they never answered. My husband went down, and the young man told him they didn't have any towels and offered pool towels and stated that housekeeping didn't arrive until 10. It was kind of gross to use pool towels after showering for both my kids and me. It's also hard to believe that no towels were available in a 4-story hotel; it seemed more like the young man didn't want to move from his spot.

The room was well laid out with an efficiency kitchen and spacious room with a comfortable sofa for lounging. The hotel is pretty new, and everything was clean and bright.

Bathroom sink drained so slow was disgusting. NO HOT WATER! I wash my face twice a day no hot water. Tried to take a shower in the morning NO HOT WATER! Front desk said they needed to reset the boiler??????? Will never stay here again.

My biggest issue with our stay was that our room was not super clean. There was a used can under the sofa bed and when we pulled out the sofa bed, ithe mattress was dirty and stained. We decided to try and flip it over because it was midnight and too late to change rooms. When we flipped the mattress the hack side was dirty too and we saw evidence of some kind of bugs. I am not sure what they were but it was gross.
