Amazing Three Bedrooms w Spa/Jacuzzi close Disney @ Encantada 3012

This was the 2nd time we have stayed and this property was looking tired. Also not that clean with cotton buds under cupboards and an old receipt from Disney prior to our stay. A few dirty marks and residue near the bin and in some rooms. Cracked tiles and loose bathroom floor.

Please read review carefully!! Check-in was a breeze the young lady who checked us in was wonderful!The lobby & main pool/restrooms were clean and well maintenance! We seen someone outside daily taking care of the grounds which are well kept.. I believe these are individual homes that's managed by Encantada resort. Please keep in mind every home &experience will be different the home we booked was a four bedrooms& private pool.This home is in dire need of maintenance & a deep house cleaning. Our first day there we dedicated two hours to clean and wash bedding we was very fortunate enough to have 4 adults in our party to tackle what needed to be done.If you are thinking of staying at this resort and you're going to Florida during the busy season.Please go elsewhere this property fills up fast and your stuck with the unit you're assigned to at check in. Is what my party was told. Now their sister hotel (regal oaks in Kissimmee Florida near Old Town) Has always been my family go to resort , always a wonderful experience! Wanted to try something new & regretted instantly.This is my second review. And my pictures aren't added I was told to resubmit review made due to policy. Which I'm following their policy, I guess honesty is not this resort policy!

Had to call them 3 times for the dryer it was broken! Sofa bed was broken! It doesn’t look nothing like the pictures!

The home we rented was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were simple, nice and clean. We did see a few tiny ants in one of the bathrooms, but the bathroom was very clean, not sure from where they were coming from. the parking was great, the area was nice and quite. We would definitely stay there again. No complaints, other than the tiny ants in the bathroom. Everything was nice and clean.

All aspects of the property and townhouse were fine, my only issue was the young lady at check-in. Upon entering the clubhouse, we waited because there was another party ahead of us. They were taking some time because they had several questions. The person assisting them looked up at us and asked if we were checking in. I answered that we were and she directed us to another adjacent desk, where a young lady sat the entire time, we were waiting and never looked up to acknowledge us or ask if she could help...she was quite busy playing on her phone. She informed us that our townhouse wasn't ready which was not a problem. We just wanted to get the check-in process taken care of so we could begin enjoying the area. She then encountered a problem printing our receipt as the printer ran out of paper. She had no idea how to install a new roll of paper into the card processor and I eventually ran out of patience and told her I would stop by later to get my receipt. This was what I was looking to avoid but she was stumped by the machine which resulted in another visit to the front desk later that evening. She did not display the personality of someone who should be at the front desk greeting guests into your resort as she was not friendly or welcoming and was clearly bested by the act of changing a roll of paper in the key machine to perform her job.

The property itself is okay. The pool is great. The condos are very old and dirty. Disgusting carpet. Broken beds. The refrigerator barely stays cold. The beds curve in. Water heater weak. Outside patio area was dirty and unkept. Broken glass left under the table. Insulted by the level of unkept. I had children here. Unacceptable.

I love the private pool and safety features.

Muy bonito el lugar. Lo único es que pagué adicional para tener vista al lago y la vista fue para una charca. Ya me veía tomándome un café con una vista hermosa pero no fue así.

Have nothing to Good to say about this place my stay was exhausting,Room was NOT AS ADVERTISED But the MANAGER WAS very helpful that’s all that I will say ,whoever cleans does a terrible job

This is a great home away from home option. Literally a house with all the comforts of home. A lot of parking. You can have visitors. Each home has a pool or hot tub. Comes with the appliances and utensils you need to cook at home. Washer and dryer makes this vacation rental a A+ option. The rooms have a washroom and there is a powder room on the main floor as well. The sofa is a pull out couch so you have the extra sleeping space. Perfect size kitchen, great size dining area with a lot of seating. Perfect living room size. Open concept fist floor with walkout area that also has outdoor seating. The staff is quick to respond to and resolve any maintenance concerns. You are provided with some travel size laundry detergent and dish soap as well as your basic mini soap shampoo and conditioner to get started. You should bring supplies to cover your stay unless you have a short stay 1-2 nights.

A wonderful peaceful getaway for you and the family or just yourself and a loved one absolutely beautiful property from clean rooms, accomadating staff , a wonderful time to enjoy no worries from being secured inside a gated community to peaceful summer nights in the hot tub or pool (your choice) but we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay and will be looking forward to coming again next year

Upon first arrival the resort is beautiful with great amenities, check in process was ok. I had to wait for about 30 min for the front desk clerk to arrive but when she got there she was super friendly. My frustration was the house we checked into, it needed major repairs, it was old and outdated, it was not fully cleaned and the pool also needed maintenance! I was disappointed and called the front desk to complain about it. I explained that I was willing to lose the pool just to get a better house. She understood and told me to give her time to consult with her supervisor and I did. She was able to move us to another location and this house was a little bit better but still needed better cleaning. We didn’t turn on the ceiling fans because it was full of dust, it had a very small pool it wasn’t like Mystic Dunes or Star Island which I love but overall it was ok. I appreciate the front desk clerk she was helpful and understanding. My friends and I enjoyed our time together but we will not be returning to the resort. Thank you.

Nothing ! Room was not cleaned properly, lock was broken on top of door , cracks in the walls ,remotes didn’t work to tv , pool was dirty , sugar ants all over the pool deck where they was crawling up your legs had to call front desk honestly nothing was really done about it bout 700 plus dollars I was expecting luxury

The check in and check out process was excellent. The townhouse was not cleaned. We found hair everywhere and dirty linen that was supposed to be clean. Floor had spillage that we mopped up. Also we found numerous of roaches and bugs in the house.
