Destiny Palms Hotel Maingate West

The hotel needs remodeling and upkeeping. Had a funny smell.

Excelent service the room need microwave

Low price compared to other hotels. Nice outdoor pool. Mc Donald’s and wallgreens nearby.

Not a super nice hotel. No water pressure. Toilet hardly flushes. Had a king size bed and had no room on one side.

•No breakfast as they falsely advertised. Only coffee. •The carpet in the room looked like 40 miles of bad road. I didn’t even want to walk on it without shoes. •Room smelled like a wet moldy basement •Halls smell a little smoky with people smoking 5 feet in front of the main door. •Minimal exterior maintenance (building has cracks and rust around A/C units, minimal bush trimming, and grass a foot tall) •No bath tubs anywhere in this facility. •We tried asking for a refund, even if there was a “penalty fee,” but they refused. 0% refunds! •Barely spoke English •Never cleaned our room once. ONLY made our bed and took our old towels and just left a pile of fresh towels on the bed every other day. Didn’t even bother to put the towels in their proper place. Mickey towel folding falsely advertised. •Cracks in the shower •Corroding on everything. Toilet paper holder, Hinges, around window, hand towel rings, towel hooks, and the shower head looked like it came straight out of a nursing home. •This hotel was definitely FAR from being booked. Hardly anyone stayed there. So don’t tell me that our room, not being able to be reserved by someone else, was a problem. Only a fifth of their rooms were taken. •We were stuck in that dump for the 7 day duration of our trip. All we could do was get out of our room ASAP and not come back until bedtime.

Estuvimos 7 días en familia y se pasó super bien, un ambiente bien tranquilo y silencioso sin ruido en los pasillos y tiene lavandería que ayuda a estar mas cómodo y sin problema de buscar un laundry en el área y sobretodo un personal amable y comunicativo , me quedaría nuevamente.

We had to have our key cards reset six times. The refrigerator froze the food and drinks that we purchased which we in turn had to throw out. There was no way to adjust the fan on the air conditioner and it blew directly on me. So I had to cover it with a shirt.

Me and my husband love this hotel very very clean and the staff friendly

A good budget option. Clean. Star was friendly and helpful. Good location. Great value for the price

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great proximity to Disney World. Loved the price that we paid for it. Unit was small and pretty dirty. It worked, but I didn’t feel like it lived up to its high rating online. I guess you get what you pay for.

Staff was friendly. Lawn and pool were not well maintained. Room was small but bed was comfortable.

We had a one level room which was very convenient for us because my husband is an amputee. There was not much lighting outside the hotel. It also looks like it’s being renovated.

The price. The smell of the room was terrible. It wasnt clean at all. And again the smell!

Very low price thanks to advance booking. Easy access and a good location near the parks, available parking space, and little surrounding noise. The room is starting to show its age, the showerhead is unusual... and one of the two taps didn't turn properly.

The hotel needs updating inside and out. It smelled in the hallway and in the room.
