Destiny Palms Hotel Maingate West

Good

Damp rooms smelled without AC.

Superb

Very good

Comfortable beds always and well made. You can’t beat the price especially in off seasons Very clean and no insects. Staff will work with you if need to extend

Superb

Volvería a hospedarme allí.

Betsi at the front desk the best, nice rooms, everything was perfecto ill be back

The staff was amazing. I truly can not believe he owns helpful they were, especially the midnight crew (young man from queens, ny).

Very good

Good

Staff was kind and helpful, however the rooms smelled horrible mildew moldy smell throughout. This is after being shown 4-5 different rooms. Shower head wasn’t properly installed.

We have been going to Destiny Palms for the last 10 years. It is not the Ritz, but it is clean. The beds are comfortable and the location is great for being close to the Disney parks. There is ample parking and the staff have always been wonderful to us.

Always clean and quiet and always feel safe when staying here

I do not recommend this place to anybody. Located in an isolated and dangerous area. I had to rebook my stay at another hotel.

Needs updates but it was clean.

Todo excelente, no tengo quejas… Gracias por todo.

Room was clean but the light in the shower has mold around it.

Very good
