Margaritaville Cottages Orlando by Vstays with H2O Waterpark

The staff at the main building were so helpful with our packages and printing documents for us. Unfortunately we had a very busy week and could not enjoy the wonderful amenities of the resort. Overall, a great selection and would start again!

We stayed with family for a few days and enjoyed everything about the resort and cottage!

The waterpark was only open Friday thru Sunday so we used it one day because we left Saturday morning for the airport. As soon as we got in we were coraled to investing and them trying to plan a time for us to talk about the timeshare. That wasn't what we were there for then got kinda snotty when we said no multiple times.we never received our complementary margaritas.The cabinets had bugs in the glasses, in the toilets and showers.The freezer kept freezing up with the ice so we had to fix it each day. A picture over our couch had a spit of chew on it the TV in living room at the top has a line going thru it so that is starting to go and one of the tvs in the bedroom didn't even work. I was truly disappointed for this resort with all the referrals I got. Thank you!

Check in was a breeze. I admire Vstays and how effortless they with booking and accommodating my needs.

There were a few issues with cleanliness in the unit and the pool. We had stained washcloths in one bathroom, the sofa fabric is pilling and we found several items on the kitchen floor that hadn't been swept up. The pool filter doesn't appear to work well at all. We continually skimmed the pool but there was still dirt and leaves in the bottom of the pool that never went away. The pictures in the listing show the pool as having an attached hot tub. It does not. It also shows loungers by the pool, but there are none. I did call the front desk to advise them of this. I asked for loungers to be delivered but they will not do that as it seems it's the responsibility of the owners to provide those. They didn't have much to say about the pool not having the hot tub, even though it is advertised as having one so that was disappointing. The resort lobby is beautiful and check in was fairly easy. The resort pools and hot tubs were very nice as well. The pool bar food and drinks are expensive ($40 for a drink and hummus appetizer) and an automatic 20% gratuity is automatically added to all orders. Something to keep in mind. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely do it again, although I would not rent this particular unit the next time.

We couldn’t enjoy the waterpark because it was closed for most of our stay. I wish we would have known this before booking.

Our family absolutely loved staying in the cottages. It was nicely updated and so much space for everyone to spread out. Although we didn’t have time to use them, the waterpark passes are a nice bonus. I’m sure we will likely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Beautiful home, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all the utensils, cookware, and glassware you could possibly need. It truly had everything necessary to make our family vacation easy, relaxing, and enjoyable. We felt right at home and really appreciated how thoughtfully the house was equipped.

Broken door handles, property was not clean. Limited staffing

Absolutely great place to stay. No complaints. Our condo had everything we needed. A beautiful place to stay and free access daily to the water park was awesome. Plenty of places to eat and shop super close to the resort. A definite smart choice way better than a hotel. Making plans with friends for the next trip.

The property is huge and if you are staying in the far end there is a free shuttle that takes you to the pool, water park and nearby restaurants. Target and a couple other stores are a 2-5min walk from the shuttles farthest drop off point. There are numerous activities by the pool to keep your kids busy and most importantly the staff is friendly and the cottages were clean. I will definitely stay there again.

The cottage was nice however the dryer did not work for more than 10 mins before shutting off. Under the coffee table in the living room the floors were dirty. There was only a bottom sheet on the beds no top sheets so you had to use the duvet as a top sheet. The pool at the cottage was awesome as well as access to the main pool and water park were a major plus. Overall we were happy with out stay.

Per my stay found pots and pans old and burnt , AC was not cooling well in the first floor master also I have never heard that you have to buy your own toilet paper once you run out.... Also we had to use the same towels over and over again I never heard a that unacceptable for the amount that I paid. The unit it self was outdated. It was definitely not worth the price that I paid. I will think twice before ever booking there. VERY DISAPPOINTED
