I have the overall rating a 5 because the savanna views were worth all of it. The room itself was clean and well maintained. The lobby decor was fabulous. The pool and spa area were fine; nothing to complain about but also nothing great either. What was not so great were the rugs in the hallways; they were stained, tattered and old. The condition of them were and are unacceptable for a deluxe resort. They need to be replaced today.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Our rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was helpful. There is no free airport shuttle. We only ate at the maro and the food was average and over priced. Didnt try the fancy ones.. i would stay here again.

It was such a beautiful resort! Our room was clean and the staff were friendly and great! Seeing the animals were a bonus from our balcony!

I love this resort, however, there were a few things that need attention. The water in the shower did not get hot, only luke warm, and you have to maneuver the levers to get it right. Not easy. Then there was virtually no counter space in the bathroom to place your toiletries, brushes, etc, but there is room to extend the counter. Also, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a helicopter. The air conditioning was also a bit off. We put it at 68 to sleep and it was fine. Then in the morning, changed it to 70 and it was blowing hot air and the room got super hot. We didn't complain because we were only there 2 nights and it was just my husband and myself and we only showered and sleep there, spending time with the family at the parks.

Best stay in a hotel ever. You get what you last for. We were upgraded to a Savanna room for free. We will be back!

We came for a resort only trip specifically to try out a safari room. The hotel, service, and facilities are wonderful. Don’t miss Jiko- the best meal we’ve ever had in Orlando. I wouldn’t bother with the safari room in the future- there are plenty of places around the resort to observe the Savannah so I don’t think the cost was justified. Highly recommend this resort.

Very mediocre resort. This is overrated and poor service. Stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. Buffet food is overpriced and low quality. Staff was not friendly nor helpful. Pool is small for number of guests and property size. Animals are far from viewing. Will not be back.

Animal Kingdom Jumbo House is an amazing place to stay. The only that I have is that the hallways are starting to look a little dated. The carpet is stained and the wallpaper peeling in various places. The rooms themselves have been updated and we’re very clean. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The staff were rather unhelpful, gave an attitude when I asked for cribs in my rooms, the bus drivers to the parks - some had an attitude when we asked for clarification on where to get off. Check-in took far too long because there was no one working at the desk. Also received an attitude twice for not putting my 10 month old as part of our dinner reservation count. Overall, for what you pay to stay at this resort, the customer service should be far superior and it was embarrassing to say the least. I will never recommend someone stays at this resort for this price.

The place was ok. I thought they would of have more activities for the children. Food was very expensive and not to good...The only thing that I liked was the kiddy pool.

The animals are amazing around the property its worth the room with view to the savanna Dont miss the formal dinning restaurant My only complaint- pool towels , those are tinny and many were makeup marked
