Silver Lake Resort

Everything was perfect, very quiet, convenient to Disney. The initial sales pitch for a time-share was a little over the top in my opinion and a tad pushy, especially after mentioning that I was not interested--perhaps ease up on that; I understand you are geared towards that, but for the folks that show no interest, or maybe not financially able to do something like that, that answer should suffice and should be enough----even with that said however, 5 stars for the property and amenties.

The rooms were clean and when items were needed such as toilet tissue or paper towels they were brought to the room within a short time.

The resort was nice and clean but the building wall seem to be really thin. I stay on the second floor and was able hear people in the 3rd floor talking and kids running back and forth very load.

The check in process was quick and smooth. The villa was clean and maintained. Th resort has a lot of family friendly amenities and the staff was very friendly. I look forward to book again in the near future.

The resort was beautiful. It was honestly more than I expected. Check in was easy, the amenities were great. The room was good! I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit

My family and I had a great time at this resort. The price is very affordable for a family on a budget. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the resort was very good. The pool area and Grill was the highlight of our stay here. We will book again!

We had another great experience at the Silver Lake. The property is always nice and clean and we enjoy having so much space in our room. The refrigerator is convenient as well as having in room laundry.

We stopped here for an overnight stay. We arrived late (@11:30 pm). The room was spacious and well layed out. Due to our late-night arrival, the person at the front desk offered a complimentary late check-out. We had to depart early, but it was still a nice gesture. Beds were comfortable; master bathroom was huge! The only hiccup we had was the 2nd bath tub wouldn’t drain well. Due to our early departure, we didn’t have time to contact front desk to have it serviced. Seemed like a lot of families there enjoying their stay. Nice, quiet area and perfect for what we needed. I would like to return in the future and checkout the resort itself.

We had to switch rooms twice.

There were no sheets for the sofa bed and the people in the next room over were smoking weed so it smelled terrible in the hallway and the entrance to our room.

Love response and friendly staff. Pool areas was awesome and nice bars and restaurants. Excellent place to stay

The rooms are clean but our first room had no AC then the second room had no hot water the first night. They don’t do anything about the people smoking marijuana so the whole building, elevator and pool areas just reek of it. We stayed here twice but may not stay again.

In addition to the bed, there was a slipper belonging to a past guess located under the bed that was stained. In the other attached room, we found female eyelashes that weren't cleaned up in the bathroom, and a finger nail entangled inside one of the pillow cases in that room. Behind that bed, was a childs toy that was left behind, that housekeeping failed to remove. So, I'm lost for words honestly. Room #9308 G & H

We checked in closer to 5 and found the cleaning crew still in the room. They rushed to get out and it showed. We had no trash bags and found food stains on the walls. The shower door wouldn’t close. We called for both bags and maintenance and neither came. The room is comfortable enough and the beds are good. I like the space and it’s very close to Animal Kingdom and other dining. It’s fine for the cost but don’t expect luxury.
