Love the price point and location, everything is around you so there’s always something to do. Pool is nice and spacious as well and the bar drinks are a fair price. Restrooms and hallways could be a little cleaner. I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s been that way everytime. Other than that I love this place.

We’ve stayed here twice and the property is conveniently located for Disney guests as well as to restaurants and shopping. Literally 2 miles to Animal Kingdom. It has a nice pool and bar area with a small restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again.

While the furniture and bathroom was a little dated, the amount of space and full unit amenities were fantastic. I stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe villa which has 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and dining room, living room. The space was amazing, the price was amazing and location was just right for us. I would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at Silver lakes , it’s been 10yrs since our last visit to the resort & we felt as if the apartment & parts of the resort are looking tired & in need of an update. Would definitely return

Pool was amazing

Have stayed here a few times. Love the washer/ dryer in the units. The couches are really getting dated/worn. But other than that everything was fine.

Nothing at all....I should have listened to the reviews. First of all...this resort looks really nice in pictures and it looks pretty decent in person...we were excited when we didn't see a lot of people stay at the resort since which we thought it meant a lot of people were not on vacation during this time of the year... .but this was far from the truth....our first night the freaking air conditioner didn't work. The room was like 80 degrees inside with no circulating air. They moved us to a different room. Walked in and we were happy for the air until we found out the The plugs on the side of the bed didn't work. I'm pissed at this point cause we had to charge our phones across the room. The lazy axx manager didn't bother herself to meet or speak with me to at least apologize for the rooms being a disappointment. BUT, I was cool since the employees decided to upgrade our room to a bigger suite.. I be damned if we didn't see damn healthy, well feed roaches in the bed....I was beyond pissed...I called and advised them of the roaches....I laughed when they said they can have someone to bring me a key for a different room. At this point the whole hotel needed to be torched. We packed up and went straight to a better resort in the the middle of the night and finished out the rest of our days in town. Don't be like me thinking you're saving money because it's close to Disney...don't do it to yourself, take these reviews as is!!!! They said they'll refund me all my money. I paid for Sep. 15-20th. We only stayed for two days. It's been about a week now since I've received my refund.

It was ok for what it is, they do not clean during your stay. They do not bring fresh towels daily.

The room was not cleaned properly. We found fake eyelashes on the pillow and some liquid residues on the sheets and they took 3 days to changed

The staff really pushed the “free” breakfast if we sat through a time share presentation. I only booked this place for the free breakfast and then to find it isn’t free. The walls and floor in our room(s) were so dirty that we left our shoes on as much as possible. Dark handprints on the white doors. The bolt lock wouldn’t work in the front door either. Pretty disappointed with the rooms. The pools and bar areas were wonderful. Well cleaned and beautiful. We enjoyed swimming and visiting very much
