Silver Lake Resort

The only issue we had was the washrooms were a little dirty around the base boards and they need more comfortable mattresses, it was to springy. Overall it’s a great place to stay, definitely stay there again.

This place was amazing for our family of 5. We will be staying here for now on. The place was upgraded and clean. The beds were comfortable. The complete stay was really great. I recommend for family to check this place out.

The pool area was great! Nice view! The rooms were a little outdated. The room we stayed in had dirty sheets with blood spots, and makeup smeared. The shower had mold spots, but everything else was ok.

Staff was very awesome. Checked in and The bed was broken in the master bedroom but we were quickly given another room with only a broken phone. That's alright we didn't need it. The rooms themselves are a little outdated. Maybe could use charger ports on the table tops next to the bed. Anyways, for the price that you pay, I think that this is an amazing place to stay.

Excellent place to stay near all Disney theme parks and Disney springs into Disney world.

I really enjoyed the location of the property. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. It seems the facility would need to purchase new mattresses to allow visitors to have a restful sleep. It seems the housekeepers would need to inform property manager of mattresses which are worn and need to be replaced. I informed the front desk of issue with mattress and they replaced immediately however the replaced mattress was better than the original but still felt worn.

Location Anytime me and my family come to Orlando. We stay at the Silver Lake resort well this stay we weren’t too happy the last night that we stay. We had no AC when we checked out. We notified the guy at the front desk when we checked out and he was like he was gonna put in for the room to get service but he didn’t try to give us a discount for that night or reimburse us for that night or anything for not having AC. I even showed him a picture of the thermostat where we had took a picture of the difference of the temperature on what we had to sit on and what the temperature was in the apartment.

All was good at this hotel the rooms are clean The staff was friendly, and the amenities were great.

We loved everything about this Resort and then some. I was so excited to stay here and see what it would be like. I was so happy that we enjoyed our stay there. Anyone wanting to visit with small children and adult family members, this would be the most convenient place. The location is perfect.

Nice resort, great location and fantastic price. It is a timeshare resort so be prepared for them to convince you to take one of their selling sessions. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. I have stayed with them twice the first time the toilet had been used and not flushed (#1) but it was not a deal breaker. I would stay with them again
