The only thing that I liked about this property is that it’s close to restaurants and Walgreens in case you need something you can just walk there. Also that is close to Disney parks. The thing I didn’t like about this property is that the room they gave me was really dirty and it smelled bad. The cleaning ladies need to clean better because it looks like they don’t even vacuum the carpet. My room had a lot of hair from other people that stayed there that’s how I now they don’t vacuum. Also the walls were dirty with mold and the furniture was dirty too.

It was fine The cleanliness wasn’t up to standards this is my 3rd time staying here for an event, and each time if had to get my own cleaning supplies to reassure the place was clean.

It was clean I can’t say I had any complaints

A special thank you to Erin, who cleaned our room during our stay. The room was always spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable when we returned each day. Erin did an outstanding job and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Kissimmee/Orlando area.

I didn’t like anything about this place :( Upon entering our room , there was an extremely moldy smell. In the shower there were big splotches of mold. The door to our room didn’t shut all the way, and there was a huge gap where you could see in and out of the room…on the outside along the edges of the door were spiders and huge spider nests. The carpet was filthy, the pillows and bedding had stains all over it. I went to the front desk to ask for a room with a door that shut. Gave us new room keys but upon inspecting the second room , it was even more filthy. With literally food covered all over the sheets. I went back to the office and let them know. They moved me to a third room. Went to inspect , pulled back the covers, and there were tons of spiders in the bed !! At this point I’m fed up and booked a different hotel and left . Absolutely worst experience .
