Exceptional

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Things in the room and the walls and doors were dirty, broken, rusted, etc. There were many spiders and a praying mantis in the hotel room over the time we were there. Outside of the room itself, the ice makers only worked sometimes, the pool was repeatedly opened and closed, and the elevator was also not working correctly. On top of all that, the staff were awful. We were actively harassed, lied to, and threatened by office staff until I had to call the parent company of the hotel to get things resolved and left alone. If we could have gotten a refund and gone to another hotel we would have

The room smelled like mold.

Nothing, I got there and was told the hotel was closed due to construction and no water. No one called or text me to tell me that I had no room to stay at Total nightmare.

This hotel needs significant upgrades. The only positive I will give is a decent breakfast in the mornings. The room and bathroom was okay. They give you a bar soap to wash your hands and shower. I would prefer liquid soap in a bottle. Thanks.

We were without water for over 24 hours. Not pleasant and front desk was very to unhelpful and while I understand their frustration with all guests in an uproar and calling. I was not call it not angry when I called.

Overall a good stay. Unfortunately there was a good bit of a mosquito problem around the doors at night. Everytime you open your room door they would swarm into the room. Walking out you can see other doors filled with the mosquitos.

We use this hotel a lot for our Disney trips. It's a great stay every time! Clean rooms, nice staff, and close to the parks.

Location is good right on the 192. Room size is adequate If only for a very short time and just to sleep this is ok The room was damp constantly everything was wet Really needs an overhaul

Bugs everywhere, smashed on the walls from previous guests I’m assuming, dead bugs on the floor in the corners, leaky ac unit. My luggage got ruined. Just disgusting. Mold in the pool. And the receptionist wasn’t helpful whatsoever with making the situation right. I ended up leaving at 10 pm to a cleaner hotel. The room had an order (most likely due to the leaky ac on the carpet) of mold…just horrendous.

Location was great, about the best you could expect from a "value" hotel Lighting in the room was poor
