No WiFi, no tv. Dead roaches all over the property. It was cheap, I should have known better. But they shouldn’t advertise WiFi & tv & then not have either, it’s 2026, that’s absurd.

Everything was not bad but no wifi and no working elevator

Room was clean Paid for breakfast to be included but was told there was no breakfast so not sure where that money went. Pool was dirty but usable.

Property was clean and close to theme parks. TV didn’t work and there is no wifi. Hot tub out of service and pool could have been cleaner.

Location, price, Room size and staff The hotel is under renovations which we didn't know before we got there. The elevator didn't work and they had no wifi. Originally had us on the second floor but the wonderful desk agent upgraded us to a first floor so we didn't have to get up the stairs. The room was clean but had a musty smell to it which was pretty much gone by our second day there. The pool was gross. We swam for about 20 minutes before I finally said okay I can't do this and got out. It was clear but it felt like the water had not been treated in a good minute and it definitely had not been vacuumed in a while. All the door have codes to get in which is fine until one of the numbers on the keypad didn't work. Ultimately though we paid 180 for two nights so I guess you get what you pay for?

Room felt damp and had musty smell. Was told to run the bathroom exhaust vent(that was very loud), to "help pull out any moisture from the A/C unit". Upgrading the A/C units would probably help with that issue.

The room was pretty clean upon arrival. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly and the housekeeping staff is terrible. They didn't even so much as sweep our floor during our stay. They were smoking right outside our room so we had to walk through that nasty smell. Forgot to bring us clean towels so we had to ask the front desk. It was very meh. Probably wouldn't stay here again.
