The rooms were amazing. The pool was perfect. It felt like you were in the Carribean but it was Florida.

My kids and I had a great experience. We very much enjoyed the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. Everyone was lovely!

There was a spot of black mold on the shower. That’s just. It acceptable. But it’s Florida and I get it. Second the pool was overrun with people, but it was a holiday weekend. There was a large group of teenagers that came in, took over a cabana and were smoking weed and the. Jumping in the pool - off the landscaping and over peoples heads. We then heard one of the kids say they aren’t even staying there! And no one said a word to them. No security and minimal entry checks. The breakfast buffet was chaos. People in their slippers and pajamas. And massive groups coming in Together . People get a room and invite their entire family there it seems It’s ok and yes, it was a holiday weekend but it was chaotic. Also we had issues getting a cabana reserved and it wasn’t u til the second day that and employee remedies the situation. Overall employees are very very nice and can be helpful. The breakfast is good and the amenities and location are great. They could implement more oversight of how many guests are accompanying a real resort guest

The 2 bedroom suite was excellent! It was a very nice apartment type layout with all the amenities.
