Nice rooms. Great setting. Would stay here again.

First night my daughter was covered with ants. We were assured would be cleaned. We got back to room 9:30 at night and was still with ANTS. We could not stay so they had to move to another suite at 10:00 at night and we were checking out next am. Only there for 2 nights. Worst stay ever, and I am a Hilton Honors for over 25 years. Actually I will never stay anywhere on ground floor in Florida as ants are every where.

Everything was good overall. However, when I made the reservation, I was told that I would need to pay $199 at the property. I was charged $267.88 instead. I would appreciate it if you could please explain what the additional charges were for, as we should have been informed about any extra fees in advance. Thank you for your help.

We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with everything. The room was excellent, very clean, and in very good condition. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We loved it!

Clean, great room, breakfast and pool. Their server didn’t connect with yours so when we arrived, they had no record of our reservation. It was only 1:00 and check in wasn’t until 4, but they assured me that wasn’t the problem and admitted that their computers had a break down in receiving 3rd party reservations. The manager would contact home office and get it taken care of. We left for an hour, went back and suddenly it was our fault for booking “3rd party” and tried to blame it on trying to check in early, denying previous responsibility. It seemed that they weren’t going to get it worked out, so Booking graciously cancelled our reservation with no problem. When the manager found that out, he was totally frustrated with us, as the reservation had suddenly come through!!! She then proceeded to tell us we shouldn’t have cancelled because now everything was messed up and they wouldn’t get their money!!!! (Of course not! I canceled!!)they ended up offering us a room “cheaper “ than Booking “ so we took it. We were exhausted! The room was nice, but no balcony like we booked with Booking. They also added $100 deposit.

The first room upon arriving at our reservation had a dirty mattress. Upon switching rooms, our second room needed to be swept and we had to request new Linens. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. House keeping was very detailed. The provided breakfast was tasty, consistent, and extremely convenient. The property itself was nicely located and well maintained.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The atmosphere was amazing, and the complimentary breakfast and drinks were definitely the best part. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to go back!
