The East village is a great location and the pool was very good My safe didn’t work

Facility is 12/10. Love it all! We’ve stayed at multiple units here and all of them have been amazing. This last one was inside with no windows, had a musty smell, and was a little dingier that we are used to at Orange Lake but still a great place!

The room was excellent! Everything is too far away. The property is huge.
-
Location and activities were awesome The communication provider through the app to the property was terrible. A lot of back and forth. Which took away from some of my vacation time and relaxation sure to the lengthy time of getting answers. Has to be A better process to get resolutions for guest who booked 3rd party

I liked the pool options and the gators at the back door. The weed smell from neighbors but that won’t be avoided in this day and age.

It was me and my granddaughter (7yrs old), She loved the Fun Zone and the pool & slide area. We ate at Breezes and the food was really good. The Arcade lots of variety. The room was very nice, two double beds and pisllow that were sooooo soft! The only thing was the freezer in the fridge needed to be defrosted. It was so covered in ice you couldn't get anything in it.

Great pools. No need to leave the resort. Lazy river.room.

Clean Does not clean room and change towels out on a daily basis

Loved the villas and all the activities at the resort (lazy river, arcade, and activities for all ages). Towels refreshing costs. They do give you laundry detergent and there is a washer and dryer in the villa to wash the towels given to you to avoid a fee.

Rooms were spacious, sparkling clean and well stocked. Beds were so comfortable. The view out our window was gorgeous. Kids loved the lazy river area. The check in process was SLOW. Very very slow. My only complaint is that it’s challenging to be there without your own car. There is a shuttle ( which is great) but it can be slow and we felt a little trapped. Next time we will rent a car. Also in order to fix any issues ( our band didn’t work for the lazy river area, but then it did) you have to go to registration to get anything like that resolved. These issues aren’t a huge dealbreaker just good to know ahead of time.

room and location. pressure to take a tour with no chance to cancel
-
Amazing spot, will definitely return! All good

The hotel rooms are a bit noisy. You can easily hear people talking in the hallways and even conversations from neighboring rooms. There was only one elevator in the main hotel building, and it was located on the opposite side from our room, so it was always a long walk. The pools get very crowded and noisy during peak hours. The check-in process includes talking to aggressive sales representatives who offer resort credit in exchange for attending a resort presentation. In reality, it’s a sales pitch designed to sell you a timeshare package. It’s not worth it. I recommend politely declining the offer and walking away.

Location is very convenient to Disney's parks as well as restaurants Resort isnt convenient if you want to stay on property & use amenities. Have to drive to lazy river & pay $9 to rent a tube if you want to float around. Tube rental, pool bars and restaurants close up before dark so if you want to chill out after being out all day you cant rent a tube or get drinks after 6 even though pool is open til 10pm. Check out is 10am, check in not til 5pm.

I didn't like the restaurants closing at 6. During summer times, it should be open a Lil longer.
-
The pools Drinks and food are very pricey
