I been there for 4 night the house keeper didn’t even change the towers or swept the floor the have the free transportation where they pick you up snd drop you around the villa but I didn’t even see one off them that terrible

Staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen looks outdated.

This is a beautiful resort. Went with my 3 y.o. and 5 y.o. grandkids. Of course, we went to Disney every day. I think they'd have been just as happy if we stayed on the grounds and went to the pools every day instead. They absolutely loved the slide at the North Village pool area!

Despite having been renovated within the last few years, our room was already severely worn, noticeably dirty, and poorly maintained. Several appliances were not working properly. At the price this hotel now charges, the condition of the room was simply unacceptable. The pool area is still great and remains one of the best features of the property. Unfortunately, the service was consistently slow, and the drinks were extremely overpriced, even by resort standards. What is most disappointing is remembering how great this hotel used to be. For years, we looked forward to returning and never questioned making it our annual family destination. Now, we find ourselves paying considerably more for a noticeably diminished experience.

My family and I enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was I felt pressured to sit in on a time share presentation and then when I tried to get out of it they charged me. Other than that we had a great time

I did not feel good upon entering the property because it didn’t look like what I expected. The hotel was under construction so they gave us an “upgrade” to a two bedroom house, but it was far from the lazy river which is what made me book this place and then we were pressured to sit thru a time share meeting and told to access some of the amenities we had to purchase a power pass which means not only did I pay for a resort fee but would have to pay for a pass for my daughter to enjoy herself as well. This was overall disappointing and not as advertised

Manager, was awesome. The Fun Zone was amazing! Everyday was a fun filled activity. We are planning to return 2029. I enjoyed everything.

When we checked in with the night crew, we were not informed of any of the on site activities. Although the next day when we rented the golf carts a young woman was very helpful and provided the activity list for us and gave us recommendations. She was very professional. I was not informed that you can text the front desk. My friend stayed at the hotel as well and informed me she received a text when she checked in. I however did not.

This resort was very family friendly and the pool area in the River Island area was super nice - beach entry so very easy with small children. The staff was quick and efficient when checking in - even offered us a complementary room upgrade! We did not do the tour and timeshare spiel, but if you do, they offer a gift card for their restaurants at the end of it. Very easy drive to the Disney parks from here and close to Publix/Target. Would stay here again!

There really are no complaints at all. It is a gorgeous property. Would highly recommend for family vacation.
