The golf courses were immaculate although the sprinklers sprayed everywhere and were not set up as well as they could have been. The care for the whole complex is excellent but some of the spas needed maintenance as they did not work properly. There is easy access to the Disney parks and many value for money shops. The restaurants in the area were excellent and also provided meals to go for eating at our chalet in Orange Lake. All in all an excellent holiday destination with a mark knocked off because of the improvements they could easily make. We didn’t see any crocodiles.

Lazy river is why i booked but we only 2 ft in some spots couldn't even swim and they empied the pool on the saturday night

The resort is spacious. It has a well maintained golf course. The hard sell of time share was palpable both in the lobby and on the phone with reps from IHG. The resort has a "low end" Orlando vibe to it. For those families there for a week vacation, I failed to see the intrinsic value. A Carnival Cruise outside of the Disney bubble is not a good optic.

We loved staying here and would stay again. We did get woken up in the middle of the night due to someone setting off the smoke alarm but that is not the resorts fault. The staff was helpful and appreciated all their help during our stay.

Outside of being pestered to do a timeshare meeting when getting room keys and parking passes, this place is amazing.

We loved our stay- renting the golf cart to move about property was the best. The kids loved it. Lots of options. The villa was great- however not quite stocks with utensils, pots and pans- not a cookie sheet, no spatula, limited bowls. We had to purchase them. But over all, we will stay there again!

Great stay we will be back

Had a hard time locating the actual room and the key did not work. Not enough supply for washing dishes. No enough bags for trash.

Muy bien lugar para disfrutar en familia

Property was really nice. Was unaware of it being a timeshare property so the min you check in they are trying to force you to schedule a viewing . Property does not leave you clean towels on a daily matter of fact no one came near our room the whole entire stay. It took over 2 hrs to check in so be prepared to wait.

Over all nice place but way to big so you’re driving everywhere’.. They also charge for everything you do, lazy river, putt putt etc even though you pay a $40 a night resort fee. Most timeshares don’t charge this as it’s included in the cost to stay or the resort fee. Make sure you include that in your cost if you plan a resort day!

Frequent flyers to this property, never disappointed. Invited out of towners to join us and they absolutely loved it. Can’t wait to go back

The 2bdrm villa was beautiful, I actually love the room and how everything you needed was in there. The resort itself is massive and this probably isn’t the best for a couple day trip. Our only full day there a storm came (not their fault) but they close the pool, pool decks etc. however after it reopened, the fun zone slide was still collapsed for hours so we never got to use it, the credits at the arcade went in 30 minutes even though we bought a package that they said would take us a long time to use, the water activities were of course closed. I tried to charge to my room once at the market and they charged my card again instead of the deposit even though I used much less then the deposit they held so just keep that in mind as it was a first for me. So very beautiful and we did enjoy ourselves but make sure the weather is good.

The property is nice with a lot to do but what they don't tell you is everything costs extra. The mini golf, tubes for the lazy river, etc. When you are paying the resort fee per day these things should be included.

The hotel was adequate but it was definitely disappointing. Most of the activities advertised, if not all, are at an extra cost. Additionally, one has to drive to everything, most amenities are about 10/15 min away. The property is huge and things are hard to find. So it took away from the relaxation aspect to have to jump in your car wet after the pool, or to have to lug around extra things to change, or even driving an additional 20 minutes just to find an activity. They rent golf carts if you are not driving but it is very expensive. We also didn’t appreciate the time share aspect, it’s heavily pushed. It made things uncomfortable. My kids were excited about the lazy river, only to find out the tubes are at an extra cost, $9 dollars to rent I believe or you can purchase a wristband. So either you pay or get no use of the river. We ended up purchasing pool noodles so the girls can float around. Overall, It was fine to sleep and clean but not worth the price for what you get.
