Great place .amazing. we coming back for sure.

Everything was great. The only thing that bothered us was that the housekeeping came into our room at about 8am in the morning when our check out was at 11:00am. She rang the bell but I was in restroom and didn't get to door on time before she let herself inside.

The property is beautiful! Unfortunately, I never got to use any of the amenities! NONE of the outlets worked! The WiFi NEVER worked, the AC went out more times than it worked. Which in Florida is a MUST! I called 4 different times bc there was no power in the unit. They "supposed " fixed" the issue for 5 minutes! Back to square 1 NO POWER! I was here for grad school. I could not complete any of my assignments, tests etc why, NO PWER OR INTERNET! Another major problem the people next to me were so loud every single day! Had a kid at least 5 years I old non stop screaming! I could not sleep until 4am every single morning. I am to old for this! I called multiple times to report this and a lady named Joanna claimed "she will look into it" if it keeps up. Not happy! I am a paying guest just like everyone else! I deserve to be treated as such as well as to be able to function and sleep!

Beautiful place and loved the location. They were very accommodating. Place was clean and had everything you need. A little sour smell when first entering but it may have been just the humidity.

The property itself was very nice. The room was very nice and very clean. The golf course was very challenging and the greens were in good condition. They tried to charge me a resort fee for $40. Then an extra $10 a night times two for two cars. I was told that there would be no other charges from Booking.com. I was able to get the resort fee waived, but had to pay $40 for parking for two cars. We had another guest there with us who was surprised with the $40 resort fee as well and another $10 for parking.

The bed was so uncomfortable, it felt like a bord! & the room had a weird smell. We have stayed many times with mystic dunes and have never had these issues we were so sad with this experience!

Clean, refurbished apartment with all new appliances.

Room was clean, however there was strong odor of mold, in the hallway going into the room, which resonated inside near the entrance. Loved the amenities, pool was refreshing.

Room was great size, clean and comfortable. The person who checked us in had a great personality and was a treat to speak to. She provided us any information we needed. Overall was a great stay, will be back again for sure.
