Hilton Vacation Club Mystic Dunes Orlando

AC finally reached the set temperature in the morning! And the RESORT FEE NONSENSE! EXPEDIA ( Not there fault and was advised of the problem) The new parking Fee! Just stop with the fee's, The personal that thinks this up, GET SOME HELP AND PLEASE STOP THIS B.S. JUST TELL TRUTH OF WHAT THE ROOM WILL COST, TOTAL WITH ALL FEE ISSUES INCLUDED.... Please fix the other problems so your RESORT is in working order. One more thing! We had one piece of luggage left to get out of the room ( remember Dolly cart is broken) one minute past 10:00am, lockout.

The suites are huge, like a home away from home. Very friendly staff, amazing pools. We loved counting the lizards in the screened in porch. We did the tour at the hotel for the timeshare, the gentleman that we had did not push us to get the timeshare, we were upfront with him that right now we can not buy it. He was fine with that. I would stay again at this hotel

Great property other than the cold shower in the morning.

We pre-checked in around noon and were able to get into our requested room around 3:30 p.m. The staff was incredibly accommodating with our room request so my dad could be comfortable, and everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and courteous. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa was spacious, clean, and had more than enough room for our family to relax. The highlight of our stay was definitely Room 31604. The views were absolutely beautiful! We watched multiple fireworks displays right from our balcony and even from inside the room. It made the holiday extra special because my dad was able to enjoy the entire show without having to leave the room. The pools were great, and the kids had an absolute blast on the water slides. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and unforgettable 4th of July views. We'd definitely stay here again!

Lovely time

The staff was rude and unprofessional. The rooms were outdated, and the carpet had a strong, unpleasant odor. Overall, the property did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

It was family friendly. The communication with staff is excellent and they resolve situations fast! Clean and so accommodating.

I loved my stay the only thing I will say is the room floor could have been cleaned better. But otherwise everything was amazing

We’ve been staying here for years, and have enjoyed the attempts to upgrade things in each unit. There were minor things like an outlet not working, missing the starter coffee setup, but the gaps under the front door need to be fixed to prevent water from entering. The elevator was down for a few days which was very inconvenient, but the staff offered to help accommodate us wherever needed. Appliances were updated, and our son LOVED the music the laundry and stoves made. We love the location and staff and will continue to choose Mystic Dunes in the future.

My family had a great time at this resort. We had a packed itinerary with Disney each day but we were upset that we didn’t get to utilize the amenities so we stayed an extra day just to enjoy the pool, bicycles , and basketball court. Definitely something here for everyone.

Don’t have a late flight because could not accommodate for a noon check out . Never have stayed at a place that had 10am check out .

The room was huge (2 bedroom). Common area outside elevators were run down and a little dirty. Please note if you order Amazon they charge you $10 per package after first 3. I was not told this and my 4 orders were split up into 12 deliveries so this was an issue for me

Best place for families and very clean. Lots to do at resort for free.

The problem with this stay there are so many amenities we had no clue were at the resort. Other than that we had a great time and am looking forward to coming back.
