We loved our stay as always.

Family trip to Disney. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Have stayed here several times. Additionally, conveniently located. One thing to be aware of, now charge $10.60 per car per night parking. A bit excessive for this property in that each building has plenty of parking.

When check in after getting your park pass for your car you will be force to attend a promotion they have going on dont attend all they would do either force you in to buying something you don’t want or keep your 50$ you would be felt like you have to take it all they would make you feel like your not worth anything and your broke they will get personal with questions à and test your marriage to see who has the word up front so they could manipulate and let the person in charge get brainwashed and take the decision and be on debt theirs. No equity you rather get a condo at Westgate and rented the whole year and make money the getting points dont believe me then good luck when you attend this

I was awaken at 6:30am by a loud car on a Saturday morning followed by the beeping of the garbage truck.

Monday the 10th at 650 am you hear the machines coming in at 730 am as I am eating breakfast on patio 2 heads pop up and staring at me eating breakfast??? Needless to say annoying!! Get a text that says it will start at 8 am ok LOL it started at 650 every day Paint fumes so bad my grandson has asthma and it has messed him up. Paint everywhere on the floors it was a mess. You could not walk, messed up his brand new shoes!!! Best part on the 12th my checkout was 12pm they were calling at 8am and the maintenance supervisor was told we left night before??? Very annoying and absolutely the worst experience ever.

One thing i have a bad experience with is the pay to park. If i am stayiny at your resort i should not háve to pay to park. I think that is wrong

We have been staying at this property when we go to Disney for 15 yrs. It is so convenient to all the parks and Disney Springs. The facilities are very family friendly and rooms are spacious

Or room was clean and huge. We stayed in a 3 bedroom connecting suite plus. The only exception was, the previous person left their lunchbox in the fridge and it wasn’t thrown out before we got there. The pools were great, the water was warm every time we went. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again.

My stay was in mid July 2026 for a family gathering. Booked a 2bdrm 2ba. The rooms provided ample space for the family to spread out. The property was rather large so not really walkable with the layout. I would stay again.

Toilet in bedroom kept running all night. There was a beeping sound coming from kitchen area all night. Refrigerator ice maker was making ice all night really loud. Pull out bed was dirty on floor below and behind couch. Informed girl at counter when leaving and all she said was ok thanks for letting us know! No refund or anything. Sorry, unsatisfactory.
