Hilton Vacation Club Mystic Dunes Orlando

Everything was finenand plesent

Right when we checked in the front desk said they couldn’t give us our Hilton honors points because we booked through Expedia. We went to see the concierge for our parking pass and he gave us a free week trip and air fare if we went to their time share presentation. Well it was ONLY supposed to be an how long and nope we were there for like 3 hours on the day we left home. They WOULDNT take no for an answer.

Staff was unhelpful and borderline rude. Had several family members come to Orlando for celebrating birthday and graduation.

A must stay!!!! This place is amazing on every aspect of traveling. Location 100%. Clean, spacious, its a home away from home. The staff is super helpful and checks in. Comfortable beds and has everything you need in a hotel. Super affordable too! Im a difficult person to please and this hotel blew me away. Do not stay anywhere else.

I called the front desk several times, but no one answered. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I left a voicemail. Unfortunately, I never received a return call. The following morning, I contacted the front desk again to report the I hot water situation and explained that I had been trying to reach someone since the previous evening. About 45 minutes later, a maintenance worker arrived and informed me that the water heater was not working. She instructed me to call the front desk and let them know. After speaking with the front desk, I was told they needed to involve a supervisor and that someone would call me back. Approximately 20 minutes later, I was informed that I could use another room to shower and that a security guard would escort me and let me into the room. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, the absence of hot water, and the poor communication made for a very disappointing experience.

Called and texted about the elevator and they had someone right over to take a look. Overall GREAT stay and will be back again.

Our stay overall was very good from the time we checked in, until the time we left. Cory was our attendant when we arrived. He was very nice and went over all details about the property. Made sure we had all our questions answered. The room was very clean. We had the three bedroom with the connecting suite.. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely book again

Any way, what they don't tell you is that they put a $50 hold on your credit card to attend an almost 2hr timeshare meeting and if you don't attend they take your deposit. Only reason why we know is, because my husband kept telling them he wasn't interested and did not want to attend that's when they told him about the hold. Oh and that's a separate hold than what you are renting the room for. That is a $200 deposit. The property is nice and very well kept. Inside the room, by the couch there was stuff sticking out from under the couch and like a huge ball of hair and used toilet paper on side by lamp. The utensils such as, spatulas need to be replaced. They are peeling bad. Inside the coffee pot was old residue that's been there for who knows how long so we didn't use it. The microwave, when you enter the numbers they are distorted. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, but the unit we were in, the dryer was rusting on the inside which was weird. If you are on the first floor, you will definitely hear the neighbors above you. Which is to be expected.
