Beautiful property

Clean.

Rooms were very nice and newly renovated, the property was beautiful and huge!

No cleaning service for a 6 day stay.

everything was absolutely amazing from the staff to the room everything was perfect

Exceptional service

The property was OK, but they need more security there. A lot of people smoking pot drinking alcohol in the hallways. Just was very unsatisfied with that because I have children and it was very disturbing. A lot of screaming a lot of yelling a lot of people fighting.

Great stay!!

They did gi e us a free day at the waterpark when I told them it was not listed that this was an extra charge. They gave us a 11am check out instead of the 10am but that did not make up for the sleep we lost. I would not book here again.

Property is excellent,just need a little more care.Room was clean,staff members were caring.I was not provided with the things I requested when I booked.

Checking in was a breeze, the room was clean and updated. There are many pools to choose from. The one near our room was nice and quiet. The kids loved it. We didn’t take the kids to the water park because it was pouring most of the day and then when it stopped they were still charging the $25 fee per person although the pool would be closing in 3hrs. Overall we had a nice time and would recommend.

They need more restaurants that are open after 7pm.

It was an ok resort. The water park really wasn’t that big. I prefer the one in Orlando. The stay was ok as well. What I really don’t like about Westgate is that they let anyone come in. There were so many rachet folks. We were at the pool, there was a group of hoods smoking weed, mind you, there were kids present. No one said nothing. But I was at another pool, good crowd. Older people playing good music, the vibe was great and here came security shutting that down. But don’t say nothing to these hood rachet people they let in smoking and all!

1. I asked for a 1st floor due to beinf alone and having to carry all of my belongings and due to having a service animal. That did not happen. 2. My room was across from the extremely loud maintenance shop/hub. Constant activity day and night. They parked their large shuttles right behind where those guests parking spaces were, making it hard to get in and out. 3. The wifi was out majority of the time. I had to use my Hotspot to work. I was not here for pleasure, it was a work stay. Then the phone in the hotel room did not work so I tried to call from my cell phone, only to get disconnected multiple times. 4. Room was very dated, not like the room I stayed in previously. 5. The housekeepers came knocking on my door an hour before check out to start cleaning my room. 6. Workers started making repairs in the surrounding units very early in the am. 7. The workers were yelling from the breezeways to each other, right outside the bedroom window. 8. My key stopped working on day two, and after getting all of my work stuff out of my vehicle and going to my door, had to go back down stairs with everything, and my service animal, and go up to the front to get my keys fixed. I liked the location bc with work I travel a lot and this was not the regular hotel set up, plus had a great price. But this experience was no good.
