Ramada by Wyndham Hotel & Water Park

The only thing for my kid is water park , but it is too old not maintenance , breakfast nothing too eat only breaded and breaded and breaded lol thisbthe first for me and the last too sorry about this review but the owner have to do something men if not that no good my friend I don't see there is a thing let me like lol

location, and pool area The hotel's facilities, such as the furniture and room amenities, felt quite dated and in need of maintenance. Additionally, the breakfast selection was disappointing and lacked variety.

The room was clean and spacious for our family. I liked the balcony overlooking the park. The water park needs some TLC and upgrades. It looks so much bigger in the pictures online. The hotel on the outside seems really run down and outdated. The pool was very foggy looking and warm.

The only positive comment I can make about this hotel is the bed. It was comfortable. The room itself was just too dated and not as clean as it could have been. The remote control was filthy and the only trash can in the room was a very small one in the bathroom which was not convenient. I asked for a rollaway bed and was told they did not have any. I had just had surgery and did not want to have my grandson sleep between myself and my sister. I was traveling with my 3 grandsons and the water park was the reason I chose this property. It was also very disappointing. Some attractions were not available and the hours for the park were ridiculous. They only got to use the park for and hour and a half for the whole stay. Not worth it. The toilet backed up and instead of a maintenance person coming to the room to take care of it, my 13 year old grandson comes back to the room with a plunger and was told we would have to do it ourselves. When I booked the reservation, I opted for a more expensive room choice that included breakfast. I would have faired better to save my money and go to McDonalds. The breakfast was horrendous and even though we were 2 adults and 3 children in the room, we were told that only 4 people could have breakfast. Are you kidding me. This should truly be an embarrassment for the Wyndham brand. I worked for Wyndham Hotels for nearly 10 years, in 4 different properties in 3 states. I worked as management in guest services and my last position was as Director of Finance and member of the hotels Executive Committee. I am very well versed on Wyndham Brand Standards and this hotel does not meet brand standards. What a true disappointment for me and my family. One other noteworthy comment is that there is no phone in the room so any communication with the front desk requires someone to walk or drive up there. That can be a huge safety concern, should someone feel the need for help.

Good Location, the Pool Area was decent for Kids, No bugs (Yeah I was looking) Facility has seen better days and is in need of a serious Face Lift. Everything has one look "run down".

Nothing They didn’t have anything posted that half the waterpark was closed, the toddler area, and it was extremely disappointing.

The location Linen was dirty, floors were dirty, hotel has roaches, the pool wasn’t clean, the bed was sunken in in the middle

The water park The continental breakfast wasn’t that great

They only had 2 workers at check -in time which was crazy line super long. They only gave us one bathing towel called front desk soooooo many times no answer. The tile floors wasn't so clean either

2. Had yo call maintenance for ac & minnie frig. 3. Toilet didn't work. Toilet flooded on the floor. I have to use 10 towels to keep the pee water from running into the room. Called the front desk no one can to clean it up mor fix my Toilet. The front desk gave me a plunger, which I should have charged the front desk $100 for my services. Housekeeping never came. I had to smell it all night long. Front dest never offered to give me a different room till the next morning so I can use the bathroom shower by using another room. Nasty. 4. Arrival time was 4pm. I didn't get a room till 6 pm. I waited 2 long extra hours in the lobby, getting back in the long line. 7 time yo ask if my room was ready. Not organized. There is not enough staff to work. 5. Free breakfast tucked feed us left over gray boiled eggs each morning. Pancakes were ok..orange juice was spoiled. Coffee was good. Gravy was gross. It's not a big choice of breakfast. Only served. Boiled eggs, 2 choices of cereal, gravy, toast, yogurt. That's it. 6. Played Spanish music the whole time. 7. It was so hot that I couldn't walk around outside because the side walks were too hot. 8. The website looks like it sounds better than what it was. 9. Other customers were also complaining. 10. The manager emailed the main person on my issues, but a week later, I still haven't heard from anyone.

Property was ok, however during my booking as I viewed the pictures everything looked great but upon arrival everything was not as it appeared. That the lazy river closed early. The kiddie pool was dirty. The slides were not open early. The pool was very salty. The shower in the rooms were dirty. The floors in the room were dirty. The sink, hot tub and shower water in the rooms smelled like gas. The complementary breakfast was not good. At least from my other experiences in other hotels I’ve stayed.

Price Breakfast was nothing like the advertisement, room smelled of mildew and bed sheets were damp and wrinkled
