When we got there the tv was not working and that was Sunday morning that night no tv Monday still no tv we left Tuesday

The room smelled, hallways were dusty , half of the water park was useless. The carpet inside the room was filthy, the Ac had a smelled. The water in the pool did not.look clean.

The room was fine

Should be a 1 start hotel room full of mold and aunts. A.c hasn't been cleaned this decade full.pf mold in filter. They don't clean rooms and when we just asked for more towel they didn't have anymore. We actually went to buy our own sheets there were full of stains. And they have nurve to charge a huge resort fee. Stay way we would have but was not refundable

The room was roach infested. The phone in our room didnt work. The shower leaked all night. The free breakfast was boiled eggs and biscuits with only cranberry juice. Our room door didnt close all the way and had to be slammed close. We went to the game room but the machine that dispensed the cards with points to play games didnt work.

The staff were great, very helpful and polite. Not just the room but the whole resort it outdated. Hallways smelled like urine, paint chipping and dirty hallways. The rooms are outdated as well and not a pleasant smell when walking in the room. The breakfast was hard boiled eggs, biscuits, juice or coffee. The water Park was ok I guess. Could give the equipment a new paint job to make it more appealing.

The staff is not organized at all , seems like nobody knew what they were doing.

The hotel needs repairs of all, kinds there is a pool that does not work and is full of dirty water and the one that works is not 100% in the lobby little staff and long line the elevator does not work either

Roaches in the room. Slept in car with kids.

As soon as we walking in. My accommodation i had asked for were not able to be accommodated. The drama that was going on outside in the parking lot was uncomfortable. Other people leaving were stating about all the roaches they say. The room smelled of mold. And very outdated. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. Please keep your family from this place. I had to leave to another hotel booked within 15min of us stepping foot in the room. Soooo bad.

Would not let us check in at 4. Would not let us check in at 5. Finally at 6 pm let us check in. By the time we un packed and got ready for the water park it was Closed !! People smoking in there door ways. Family pool was over packed by double the capacity. The breakfast was cold pancakes and boiled eggs. I was appalled. Then they say water park is not open at 11 like they told us the day b4. It opened at 12. Well we had to leave. Never got to use the water park. No help from anyone.

They said $100depsoit which was already added to the total n then they go charge me another $100 on top of it. Still waiting for my $200 deposit returned to my credit card used. Thank you

Amazing family trip on a budget! For the price, I was more than pleased with all the things for kids to do! The room was a basic hotel room that we only used for sleeping, but that's all we needed. My kids were entertained the entire time between the waterpark, Mini golf, arcade room, and playground. The breakfast was simple, but convenient and included with the room price, so a win win for our big family! It wasn't luxury, but neither was the price. The staff was incredibly friendly! And Pet friendly is always a plus!!

The water park was great; the kids had a lot of fun. However, it took 2 days for us to get washcloths. We had to get our own at a store.

We booked a staycation because of the water park feature. Older kids bored in a small pool. First night was bad weather so no water slide. Understood. Next morning expected slides to be open at 10am per their property info. We plan accordingly since this is the only reason we picked this place. Slides don’t open until 11:30 because someone didn’t show up to work on time. Called front desk several times with no answer. We will not return or recommend

The hotel was ok, staff was nice but the hotel is in need of an update. The water park was hardly open.
