Price was good Little dark area wasn't lit up bright like other resorts bed wasn't that comfortable just felt like the cheap resort didn't give you the vibe I got from Westgate where my son an his wife stayed I was a little disappointed we didn't even have tissue In restrooms

It was a good location. Everything was in a decent range that we were trying to go to We were accidentally checked into a room that was used and not cleaned. We checked in really late, so it was hard to get a staff member to answer the phone and I was with my daughters, so we had to travel back down to the front desk in order to receive service. It took a while for them to resolve the issue, but they put us in another room. After making it to the other room, we noticed roaches. I never said anything about because I was already exhausted for from the ride there, so I sprayed the room myself.

The location and the room space Is very old and smelly, and also is one of those hotels that try to selling you time share vacations

Very clean & spacious. The beds were comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

The location was perfect. Straight shot to the parks. The bldg we had seemed needed upgrading. Tables were scratched, nothing to cook with so we had to return our food. The wheelchair button at door to exit bldg did not work. The entire floor smelled like weed. The shuttles are good except they are not wheelchair accessible.

Signage was very clear and easy to find. The property was gorgeous and more than accommodating. It was very tidy. Staff was extremely helpful. There was a bit of construction or renovation work going on.

Space, pool

I loved the jacuzzi and pool. I didn’t like fighting the wasps lol, but the hotel was great.

The room itself was decent for the price and the fact that this was a last minute reservation. I'm extremely disappointed in the fact that it's been over a month since my reservation. I realized I never received my security deposit back. Upon calling them i was told that they were changing "systems" and that it was marked that i had received my deposit back even though i never actually did. If you stayed here and never got your deposit back, i would call and make sure. I'm very disappointed because of that and will NOT be returning.

Close to Disney It looks clean but you’ll notice the carpets aren’t vacuumed since I saw hair strands here and there and you can tell looking at the floors, they look clean but if you take a closer look it doesn’t look like they sweep unless they have to. I didn’t realize that you needed to request room service so that’s not their fault but I asked for clean towels one night and they requested I leave my dirty towels outside my door in a bag but new towels never came. I had to stop an employee in my hallway to ask for towels which she said I shouldn’t be giving these towels directly to you like this. She was taking them out of the linen closet. Thank god she was there, otherwise I wouldn’t have had towels.
