This was my 3rd visit to Vacation Village and as always it was great.It’s a great place for families who have kids because of all the fun things for the kids to do and it’s within minutes of a lot of adult activities and entertainment already planning for our next visit

Don’t stay close to the pool! I called upfront numerous times regarding the noise level! Guest were attempting to fight multiple time! I couldn’t even rest and this is after 11pm.

We are an easy going family but this not a good experience. Room was extremely dirty and we never even unpacked or sat down. The rooms smelled of mildew. Sofa has multiple large wet spots on it. Sleeper sofa was filthy and blankets smelled like throw up. We also noticed the extra pillows and blankets in the closet were also extremely dirty and stained with what looked like red throw up. These rooms were unacceptable. They attempted to swap rooms. We took their offer and the rooms they gave us were just as dirty with hair all in the bathroom so we immediately left. To make matters worse they are not wanting to return my money. I usually never write reviews but this needs to be said.

The room was not as clean as I thought and neither were the towels. When I asked for washcloths I got hand towels and housekeeping told me the room was clean even though there was stuff in the tub, on the towels, and the dishes. I went and brought bleach and detergent to clean up myself.

Great location, lots of swimming pools with Friday movie night & free popcorn, easy check in with complimentary ice cream, convenient check out proocess, and free parking.

The Front Desk was rude. I hand her my card. Instead of her giving it back to me in my hand. She lay It on counter. I had to ask her to place back in my hand. Thats rude not give card back the way you received it. Took 3 hours just to get paper towel and toilet tissue

I had a pleasant stay overall, but I’m disappointed because I still haven’t received the refund of my deposit. It’s been some time since I checked out, and I expected the deposit to be returned by now. I hope the hotel can resolve this issue promptly and improve the refund process for future guests.

Apartment smells like curry

Clean rooms, family friendly..available dryer and washer machines.

Very clean accommodated a big 8 person family. Beds were comfortable great seating area, washer dryers in room. Price was amazing I would stay here again

We were amazed by the size of the room we had. For the price, we were very satisfied. It would have been perfect, except we didn’t have hand towels. But not a big deal!

I had to leave early because I lost a family member. So I only stayed with them, like 2 days. I think or 3I don't remember. I'm sorry a lot going on in the family. And they did not reimburse me for none of my money, so I'm very upset and very angry with them and then experience does not help you with anything either. But have the nurse to ask you to write a review? I think that's very sad of the loss of my money and the property there. No parking at all that's like millions of parking. And nowhere to park, especially when you're handicapped. Every time you tell, put a complaint in about something that's wrong with the property, they don't do anything about it. A broken slide door the fire sprinkler in the rooms are broken. They didn't do anything about it. They changed my road like two or three times south.Makes a vacation less of a time
