Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Klamath Falls

2nd time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The rooms are older but clean. The staff is friendly & helpful. Parking is free. I haven’t tried breakfast there but it always smells good. Thank you

Friendly and helpful staff. Good size room and a good shower. The bedroom lights are extremely bright. The breakfast is poor. Scrambled eggs are tasteless and presumably made from powdered egg, rather than real eggs.

I liked that you had a room for us because Lakeview was totally booked due to a local fair in town. We had to drive until 11pm to find a room in your town. You need a TOTAL renovation. Carpets were unacceptable for anyone. I didn't want to put my feet on them.

We enjoyed the location. Easy access for the dogs. Lots of parking. The beds were super hard. Loud neighbors.

Electric outlets were inaccessible. You had to go to your hands and knees to use them. The GFI outlet in the bathroom was tripped and would not reset.

Walls are super thin. The light above the bed was overkill; individual side lights would’ve been way better.

Pool & hot tub were filthy. None of the jets in the hot tub had any power. Not worth going in either. Early morning till we checked out about 10am, all we heard was the cackling cleaning crew. They all were just sitting in the eating area having a great time, very loud! They were talking crap about people as well and I called them out on that. Guess they didn’t realize I spoke Spanish too! Hope Management fixes that with their staff. I’ve never seen staff just sitting around heating up their own (smelly) homemade meals in the public microwave, watching videos on their phones with the volume up high, lagging and gossiping all while on the clock. It was breakfast time mind you and it was still service time for paying guests. Unacceptable!

Needs Improvement: pool and hot tub Full of bugs and needs cosmetic work! Not worth the $125 rate.

Provided a convenient stop between Oregon and California. Well priced and great staff. Looking tired.
