I booked because it says it has a hot tub and heated pool. The hot tub was broke, cold. The pool was cold. The 1st room they gave me smelled like dog urine. They moved me to a room on the 2nd floor and the man at the desk did not help me at all. I just drove 5hrs from the coast and was sore and tired. The breakfast was excellent and the day woman was very nice and listened to me complain but she could not do anything about the hot tub. The workers thought it was funny to tell me they were waiting for a part for the hot tub. It's the only reason I chose this hotel.

The parking lot was not well lit, we missed the driveway the first time.

Appreciate you allow dogs

Very affordable yet not a "cheap" feeling hotel. It's on the other end of the city from OIT, but even that isn't too far away, and it's off the main hotel strip so if felt safer and cleaner.

The staff was helpful and the room was semi-clean. It did have what we thought was the smell of smoke but being so tired we stayed in it and crashed out. The pool never was usable while we were there. The property needs to be spruced up and cleaned.

It was a family trip we really didnt use the motel other then to sleep . The room need some work the Motel is clean but tired it needs a deep cleaning and some fresh paint the bathroom faucets need fixed and the outlets need replaced they are loose and dont make contact or thing get hot. and they dont hold your plug it was a quiet room and the view of the basin . we had a beautiful full moon. The mirrors need to go they really dont help above the bed or please clean them better they are hung above the bed as a head board and on the wall by the TV where you cant use them to do your hair or makeup the mirror in the bath room has button and no clue what they do no information in the room either would i stay there again maybe

Spit all over the walls, yellow lung butter sliding down walls.
-
carpet held together with duct tape chairs thread bare pool with water bugs and mosquito larvae key cards that stop working after one use. food mislabeled is there really anywhere else in this town to stay

The pool and hot tub were closed all 3 days. I specifically booked for the pool. I was never told, even when I asked about it at check in, that it would be closed. I asked for a discount and was told yes, but never recieved one even after a follow up call. Hotels need to be more accountable for false advertising and let people know when amenities will be closed and not available. Hotel was nice and breakfast was good, but also, it is next to an airbase that practices jet takeoffs after 9 in the morning. Super loud.

Quiet location. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean, nicely decorated room.

That your hotel is off the main road and there no truck traffic noise. Very quiet which is paramount for me.

We did have the unfortunate experience of a domestic fight on the 3rd floor, very late at night (near midnight), right outside our door. I would not dare open the door for fear of safety. But before I could call 911 it appeared someone else did (perhaps the front desk person) and 2 sheriffs showed up. That took care of the problem. It was unfortunate to lose the needed sleep. No fault of the hotel! I’d stay again for sure but request ground floor to avoid any riff raff.

First, I am a clean freak. So I have unusually high standards for cleanliness. I would rate this hotel cleanliness at a three out of five and maintenance two out of five stars. So tell must be close to 20 years old and right next to a bowling alley and a bar if that's your thing. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful . It was quiet to sleep and this Microtelis better than some of the other hotels locally. I do not know how their breakfast is, I left early.

No pillows or towels
-
The body wash in the shower was not full and we ran out. It was very noisy outside with barking dogs.
-
Nice place to stay. Across the way is a bowling alley / bar and grill.
-
Front desk gentlemen was extremely professional polite and attentive. Even upgraded us to a jacuzzi but i must be honest and the hotel is Very outdated, dirty furniture and carpet.
-
Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Bed was great Hot tub was broken

The staff were all great and helpful, but the location is definitely understaffed. The pool and hot tub were unavailable which was one of the main reasons I booked this location because I was traveling with my grandkids.
