Nice staff and clean room
-
The only complaint I have is the orange juice tasted a little off the morning we left. Like it was a little too diluted. Everything else was great! The staff were all friendly and kind. The beds were clean and the shower felt amazing.

It’s old and out dated but if you looking for a cheap place you get what you pay for.

room was dirty. window full of mold and cracked foundation. shower curtain was ripped, strong smell of smoke. other guests roaming the halls at night were so loud and disruptive and management did nothing about it. bed sheets had stains and burn holes on them. spots a spilled food and drinks were on the walls AND carpets. trash out front was overflowing so trash was spilling into the walkway. smokers standing directly in front of the front doors. no elevators. the breakfast consists of 2 types of cereal, a gallon of Walmart milk set out, coffee that ran out and wasn’t replaced, apple juice wasn’t available in the drink machine. they only offered packaged honey buns and rotten bananas. this was an absolute nightmare but paid in advance due to rising bookings because of football game.

Clean, friendly, polite, quiet Everything was perfect

Weird smell and straight outta the 90s..the room was filthy and dingy. Nasty stains on the couch and all over the ceiling. The bedding should be thrown away as well as the mattress. Couldn't shower there. Just Gross. But it was cheap...you get what you pay for.

Well when I got there they charged me more than what the website said and then wanted an additional deposit for the room

Wasn’t able to stay Let’s only allowed for two nights . This wasn’t mentioned and they accepted my reservation online for a week , even with my mention of traveling with my dog
-
It was nice and staff were very helpful and respectful That when I booked my room it didn't say anything about the 60$ deposit
-
This place is absolutely horrible!!! I called ahead of time to see if there would be a dog fee for my ESA and they said no I also asked if there is a deposit they said yes it’s $65 I said ok that’s fine then when I finally get there to the hotel the guy in the front told me it would be $100 for my dog and that the deposit is also $100. I left

Before I even reached the front door, I could smell cigarette smoke. Inside, it was even worse—a strong, stale mixture of cigarette and marijuana smoke throughout the lobby and hallways. The person at the front desk barely spoke to me from behind a mask and, while checking me in, was looking inside what appeared to be a filthy cup. It was an incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant first impression. The hallway to my room was dirty, smoky, and smelled awful. Unfortunately, the room itself was no better. There were broken fixtures, visibly dirty walls, and an overwhelming smell of smoke. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there at all. I immediately booked another hotel, gathered my things, and left. I was there for such a short amount of time, yet the smoke smell clung to my clothes until I got home. I don’t expect luxury from every hotel, but I do expect a room and common areas to be clean, maintained, and reasonably free of cigarette and marijuana smoke. This property fell far below even those basic expectations. I would not recommend staying here.
