Only drawback to the property is being in a room facing the interior where there is a somewhat noisy restaurant area at night.

The bedroom had room under the bed to use a hoya to transfer an individual. The bathroom was very spacious with a great roll-in shower! We were pleased

The room was clean but the walk to the room was long . Did not do breakfast.

Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The only negative was a stain on my bedsheet when I went to get in on the window side of the bed. The other side was good. Other than that everything else was very good.

Everything was great. It was few blocks away from just about everything and the breakfast was great. I had this stay booked and paid for on another website but they charged me twice for my booking. I’m sure it’s a misunderstanding and have reached out to the hotel.

The property was a great location. Lots of restaurants and amenities near by. UTK is 30 min drive. Easy 25 dollar uber if you don’t have a car. The breakfast was not bad as long as you stick to a bagel and some coffee. The staff were okay but front desk manger seemed a bit annoyed when I asked for help with printer but she did try. The hotel is in need of a full renovation. The common areas are not that bad but the room is estate in had a worn wood tables and a very warm vanity in the bathroom. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff did their best. Liked the size of the room. Beds were lumpy and the AC kept starting stopping through the night so that was a little annoying and kept waking up my kid. I would give it a solid 7.5. If the room was updated i would say it would have been an 8.

Checked in at 4:30 pm and room was not ready so they gave us another which was OK except that the room had only a double bed. Worse there was no safe. Expected more from Hilton.

The front desk staff was top notch. I would definitely stay there again! My grandson has a stain on his pillow thought it was mold but with further investigations it looked more like a dirty pillow case. Also the ice machine did not work it the room refrigerator.
