I arrived during the 4:00 pm hr and checked into my room with my family and found out that the one of the bathrooms sink drain stopper was tightly stuck.I went to the front desk and the friendly young lady I think Amber said that if maintenance was still there she would send them to my room. Me and my family went out for dinner and didn't return until around 8:00 and began to shower and barely any water was coming out of the shower head. I went back to the front desk and spoke to the same lady and she said that she couldn't move us to another room but to the hotel bring sold out.which I understood. But she said that she could give me a complimentary night due to the inconvenience of the shower and sink with my family of four. When I saw the service points, I am confused on the points comparison to her saying she would put a note for points for a complementary night. She was very nice and understanding and tried to help me for my inconvenience.

Staff was very helpful and polite. We were in a two bedroom suite and the air conditioning didn't work in one bedroom and the living area and other bedroom were freezing. The staff found a fan for us to use in the one bedroom.

How everything was convenient.
-
The pool was not open though the weather was nice. (The Hampton’s pool was open.)We stayed for 2 days and there was no towel service the second day. Given the price I expected more.

Front desk staff very helpful and friendly Cons: reasonably clean, but there was mold on the bathroom ceiling Kitchenette was poorly equipped- without utensils or cookware the stove top is useless- only three or four of any piece of flatware or cutlery- tiny trash bin Rather insufficiently stocked or restocked with basics- soap, coffee, shampoo

Didn’t really care for your property because what is advertised on the website is not what the room is setup for. If you look on your own website it’s totally different from what the room has for. Floors , furniture , bathroom, drapes … everything was OLD and a turnoff.

Friendly staff, sizeable rooms and comfy beds

Was glad to have handicap accessible room on 1st floor. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast convenient and offered nice variety. Furniture is old and tired. Needs updating. Pool was closed.

This hotel was in a great location it is literally near almost anything you could need and a short drive to downtown
-
Amazing location. Great stay. Will return again.
-
Really appreciated how nice the room was and a well-maintained property!
-
Had an amazing experience here. No complaints at all
-
The size of our accommodations, breakfast included, free parking. The gentleman at the desk when we checked in and later that evening was wonderful
-
Our stay was good with the exception of the pillows on the beds were not at all acceptable. We requested and received extra however each one was the same, zero support or comport. For comparison I would describe them ALL as an empty bean bag that no one wants to sit on.

Size of room and location

In perfect area for shopping and dining. Everything is within walking distance and 50 to 60 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Breakfast was okay but didn't have t I pay for it su it all worked out

The hotel and room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great and had a variety of choices. The shower pressure was great! My only complaint would be the pillows were not great. Pretty thin & floppy.

Loved how spacious the room was!!! They had free bottles of water at check out, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed It personally didnt bother us, but the hotel is very close to the main road and you can hear traffic
