Could be renamed “ALOUD.” The AC unit in the room was dreadfully loud and kept us up throughout the night.

Concept but bar menu could be better The cleaning staff has to be trained about the black mold growing around the shower area

I truly was disappointed with Aloft this time. The uncleaness had me almost in tears from the smell of the room, to the insects on the floor, dog hair, unclean carpet in the lobby, and selling in the women's restroom in the lobby. I paid for three different rooms for one night. My guest were 😡 upset. Hopefully Aloft Marriott will get it together at this location.

We stood on July 4 2026 king room went to check the room there was food crumbs all over the table and floor told the front desk they gave us a different king room had a little ant invasion the room are very dusty and when we went to take a shower all the dispensers where empty soap shampoo conditioner all empty while i was already in the shower so it was not a great experience

Love the rooms. Bar was a little pricey for the area. Cocktails specifically.

The lady we worked with when we checked in at the front desk was really helpful. Our first room was not accessible as the battery to the door did not work, so we went back down and the lady at the check in desk was able to get us to another room quickly. The beds were uncomfortable, the ac did not work, the water pressure in the sink was really bad, and the location was difficult to get to.
