Location was exceptional; close to my daughter. It was clean and nice. The staff were fabulous!! They explained everything and did it with a smile. Nothing.

We chose this hotel because it was close to airport and I-75 both of which we needed easy access. The bar was open and served good food. Other restaurants are nearby if needed.

The staff was welcoming and friendly upon arrival. Rates arw sky high on UT game day weekends. This did not feel like a $513.00 stay. There was lipstick on the bathroom cup. The TV didn’t work. The toilet seat clip was completely broken which made the toilet seat fall off. The shower gel container in the shower was completely empty. Thankfully they offered a small discount for these issues. But I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the issues and the high rate.

I have to say customer service was awesome, room was crap after spending over $500 on crap room. Dust everywhere, walls not painted, doors nasty, and so much more and when asked about the room I told them about it and not a single penny back tells me they don’t care about the rooms and only care for money.

hard to figure out the driveway situation and how to get to it up on the hill. it’s easy after you do it I could also tell our room door needed replaced and they just used a lot of paint patching and paint to cover some things that had obviously happened

Could be renamed “ALOUD.” The AC unit in the room was dreadfully loud and kept us up throughout the night.
