Nice property with a very nice employee. They said they didn’t get my reservation, but after arriving at 1am with infant children and after a 6 hour drive, the very nice employee found us rooms to stay in.

Im still waiting on my refund. They were unable to get us checked in because of their system being down. So we opted to go to another hotel. We had been on the road for 8 hrs. They called 4 hrs later to tell us the room was ready.

Nice location but business office a little sparse, didn’t have a scanner. Also no onsite bar/restaurant which is probably a deal breaker for me next time as I don’t like to have to drive to dinner or a cocktail after a long day of driving

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was great. Bathroom air vent motor did not work. Our room was closes to the interestate and the traffic noise waas excessive. The bike in the workout room required to log into peloton and did not seem to work.

Not much. 2 of the 3 days were fine for breakfast, but 1 day the breakfast offering was cut in half. One couldn't even get orange juice, no toast. Rooms were so crampted and tiny. I was told I would get a handicapped room, but when I got there the desk clerk said no. Having only one leg, I couldn't take a shower for three days, and I had to attend the family funeral that we were there for, feeling unclean.

did not like the omelet. I would have preferred gravy and scrambled eggs instead. The pillows on the bed were not fresh but had lingering smells of previous guests.

All was good for what I paid except the bed The beds were awful! One bed felt like it was going to collapse with the creaking noises it was making. The other bed had the worse mattress I’ve ever tried to sleep on. Not one comfortable spot. Time to get rid of it!!!

The room was not great and from the moment we arrived I was very disappointed. I stay at tru quiet alot. Anyway, I made sure that the front desk knew I would bot be staying past that evening which at this point was almost 10pm. They said that they would take care of checking me out for the next morning. Then next morning check out comes and the front desk clerk refused to provide me with a receipt any I ended up getting one to show proof of my check out and waiting to see if my bill matches my cc charges

Breakfast was ok. The room was very bright and clean. The wallpaper had 2 large, obvious chunks ripped out of it and I was surprised it had not been repaired.
