Our room was mostly clean. The shower though had visible dirt.

My daughter had to attend her orientation at southwest college. The hotel was really close to college and everything was perfect

This Tru Hilton was perfect for me. I needed a simple, clean safe spot to stay on a road trip when traveling alone. I would definitely stay here again and it has made me want to see out other Tru Hilton locations. Bonus - great coffee!

Front desk staff was quite rude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her by checking in and asking a question. Hotel was clean. Strange not to have a closet in the room but it still had a place to hang clothes. Breakfast was better than expected. Stayed here only 1 night with a coworker for a business trip.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, and a good complimentary breakfast. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Hotel is located next to a highway ramp and the noise is unbearable so if you’re a lite sleeper be warned.

My room was great My room was right next to the freeway and I couldn’t get another room so I slept poorly. The staff was rude upon arrival.

-2 ply bedding....zero comfort -zero water pressure -outlets not screwed into walls -walls were extremely thin -customer service was horrible. Employees sitting around outside reception desk on their cellphones constantly.

The rooms weren’t as clean as they should have been. Hair on beds and shower was not cleaned and had hair on floors and in shower. Couldn’t get comfortable.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and staff was very friendly. This location is halfway for our travel to North Carolina to see family. We will definitely make this a stopping point in the future!
