Hotel was good, clean and convenient to the shopping we planned.

This was a great location, comfortable/clean room, great staff, secure. I have stayed at other TRU locations and they are always very nice. The ONE ice machine stayed broken the entire time. It was either “making ice” or the ice wouldn’t dispense.
-
I did not like the breakfast provided. Poor quality and ultra processed.

The person at the desk for checking in was one step up from a rattlesnake. Bad vibes

It was very clean and the staff were all friendly. The breakfast was also great. The pillows. They were all too squishy.
