Sonesta Simply Suites Knoxville

facilities a little dated but overall very reasonable

~My Shower had a lot of long black hair all over the shower wall

Looks better without the light. $200 deposit is crazy

nothing homeless people, huge deposit, not very clean

Overall decent place. Fridge with ice maker. Two burner stove top if you need one. Microwave. Plenty of space.

No complaints with room size or staff. Just needs some TLC and it could be a awesome stay. I would give it a 8/10 just because of cosmetics

Great

Sketchy feeling hotel, room was outdated and dirty on arrival.

Very unclean. Queen beds are really full sized beds. Felt very unsafe. Would not recommend.

Didn’t look as advertised. And no cold water also no change of sheets or towels

Rooms were full of mold hallways are filthy. Staff was friendly, but not helpful. Moved to three separate rooms and ended up leaving forfeiting the money and got a different hotel

Front office Staff are very rude. Told me to "listen here Woman". We as a company have had numerous issues with the check-in procedures, their needs changed weekly depending on who was at the front desk. I have heard my workers staying there refer to it as a crack motel. We have finally decided to moved our employees onto another hotel for the next couple of months stay. Would not recommend at all.

Having the kitchenette was helpful. Nice location but I felt unsafe the whole time I was there. People hanging around that I don’t think was staying there. Friends of the staff maybe. Bed was comfortable and room was somewhat clean. But it smelled musty. Hallway and stairwell carpet was badly stained. Stairway was trashy and the carpet by the stairwell was extremely wet. I guess it would be okay for just a place to sleep for one night but don’t expect anything beyond that. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Checking in took too long for booking online. Room felt humid and sticky the entire stay. The complementary soaps/bodywash was empty or mixed with water.

To dirty and poor maintenance

Dirty! Poor installations

The shower pressure was awesome and the water temperature adjustable from very hot. Great to relax after 8 hrs on the road. Room had plenty of space and was suitable for a much longer stay

Great staff. Clean rooms. Easy access.
