The appearance of the hotel and staff were friendly. The beds were extremely hard and you could feel the coils. I do not beleive there was an elevator to the second floor

I will say that the ac was COLD! Room was very clean and cleaning staff was very helpful. We booked this hotel because it was CAT friendly. I booked a pet friendly hotel previously only to arrive and find it DOG friendly only! Now I call ahead.

Convenient location for our trip to UT Medical Center.

This is our second staff here. and sadly it didn't match to the first visit. our room wasn't ready, even though it was past checking time, so they put us in a different type of room. the hallway to that room smelt like cat pee, which the smell was leaking into the room and the bedding was visibly torn. I reported it to the front, they switched us back to the room we were originally assigned and said it works be an hour. that wasn't an issue, as we were headed out and wouldn't be back until very late. The room appeared ready....there was crumbs in the side tables, mold or something in the mini fridge, a gritty tub, leaking sink and packaging from a kid's toy on the closet shelf. there was also no soap to was our hands. so we used the shower soap. We didn't come back until after midnight, so didn't bother telling the staff until check out. The staff was friendly, the outside of the building clean and has a nice view. it wasn't all bad, but I'm not sure if we'll being staying here again when needing to be in knoxville late. For the price, not super high, but not murder motel cheap, I do expect a clean room that's fully stocked.

The room was very humid. The floors are very dirty and smells very bad. The bedsheets and mattresses are full of pee stains.

It was easily accessible and had a nice small pool. There were roaches. We had some come under our door. They were kind enough to refund us one of the nights at least. There were dogs down the hallway that barked a lot.
