Super 8 by Wyndham Knoxville East

The room was an excellent size and had everything it stated. I liked the flooring, not being carpeted. Comfortable furniture, clean shower, and ice machine available anytime I needed it. For the price we paid to stay two night, it was a great value and I would not have any complaints for inside the room.

I was unable to stay here. The smell of mold and deoderizer took my breath away. There was mold on the inside of the old lampshades.

Large bathroom The bed was to soft. Someone had a cat in room and it peed by the bed. The smell gave it away.

The foundation is giving away, the back side of the building is starting to fall down and they have put wooden support poles. The steal beams that support the building on the back are buckling. Our room was ate up with bed bugs. The breakfast isn’t what is advertised. It’s cheap hunny buns, cheap two pack muffins and Activia Yogurt. That’s all. No business computer like pictures either. All the chair for the pool area are broke. And witnesses a house keeper going into room 101 while the young couple and their baby were gone and took/stole some of their personal belongings and the owner Patel did nothing about it. Was all on camera and he refused to take any action. Also they would wait till we was gone and come in and go through our room and belongings. Just about everything

I didn't get to stay. And lost 63 dollars in this God awful company process. Will never use booking.com for any reason Customer service is completely awful. AI is not good at all.

The room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the bathtub was dirty, the air conditioning didn't work

The hotel wasn't bad, but a major problem was that our room was covered in mold. I won't even mention the breakfast—no chairs, no tables... why bother? Come on, guys, take care of the hotel so guests don't end up disappointed.

Some of the furniture was damaged, Bathroom needed updating, walls were damaged, not very well cleaned. Beds were very comfortable and had a pillow topped mattress.

At first the rooms looked clean. Room 207 had bed bugs that we didn’t discover until the next morning. When we went to the front desk they said no manager was there to talk to us and he would have someone call me and no one ever did
