Beds were uncomfortable, sheets had burn holes even though we were in a non smoking unit. Stuff did not seem clean, dirty/dusty walls, sticky remote, etc. We were on the bottom and the ceiling had water damage, bad water damage and what looked like possible mold. The breakfast is just honey buns and muffins with watered down coffee.

It was convenient to where we wanted to visit To start with i did the pre check in before arriving. Once we got there I walked inside to get the room keys and who I am guessing was the manager by the way he was dressed answered a phone call on his personal cellphone and ignored me for 5 or so minutes. Once he got off the phone he told me I wasted my time with the pre check in and had to redo it, which was fine. Then once we got into the room, there was a weird stain in the bathtub. The tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked and sounded like they would break and we could fall through the floor. The TV screen was cracked in multiple places and the mini fridge was frozen over on the inside. I went to the lobby multiple times during the trip to discuss the issues and no one was ever in the lobby or came when I rang the bell. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless theu were desperate

I likes they offered smoking rooms. Could have used a little more attention to the bathroom cleanliness. The breakfast was just cold stuff. Honey buns and muffins. Housekeeping was very accommodating to our needs. Internet was terrible. Couldn't keep a signal.

Ive stayed here twice while working in town- Both times housekeeping came in the room after the first night and collected the towels, but never brought any back. They also never made the beds or took the trash out either.
