It was in ok condition. Elevator was not working I had hurt my knee so not having an elevator and being in the 3rd floor was frustrating.

Charged more than the expected bill. Weekend breakfast ends at 9:30. Dated, old rooms. “Suite” is a room, not a separate bedroom.

Close to the interstate. Elevator wasn’t working. Strong smell of cleaning detergents in the hallway. Chair too old and looks dirty.

The best part of the stay was the breakfast. It had everything that we needed. At arrival, the only elevator available was broken. Person in the counter,although cordial, didn’t seem very friendly. I suspect that she had lots of complaints about the elevator. Room was pretty clean. Air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own 😂. It changed temperature by itself, no matter in which setting we put it. On check out, lady at counter was super friendly as well as the people working in the kitchen.

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good Elevator was brok so we had to go to second floor and my wife and I both have knee issues so it made it very difficult to get to our room

The fire protective stripping on the main door was broken our latch also didn’t work. It was really again an unsafe environment, at another Fairfields.

I am so tired of hotels looking NOTHING like the photos listed. And not following their own refund policies! Roaches roaches roaches!!! And woke up with bites on me! Unfortunately the staff didn't seem to care.
